MAS New Features: Bulk Action in Workflow

We have encountered numerous customers inquiring about the possibility of reassigning, accepting,
or rejecting assignments. Previously, we used to inform them that such a feature was unavailable,
and they would need to manage it on a case-by-case basis or seek assistance from our support team.
Understandably, this was a source of annoyance for our customers and proved to be time-consuming
in certain situations.

However, with the recent introduction of the Workflow Assignment application, IBM has now
provided the ability to perform bulk reassignment, acceptance, and rejection of assignments,
resolving these issues.

Workflow Assignments Overview and Features:

You can use the Workflow Assignments application to monitor your workflow assignments and take
advantage of time-saving features.

The Workflow Assignments application shows all of the workflow assignments that are assigned to
you. You can use the KPIs on the list page to easily track:

 Whether you have any overdue assignments.


 How many assignments are due this week.
 How many assignments are Priority 1.
 How many works orders your assignments are associated with.

How to Reassign the Assignment?

 Login to MAS Manage


 Navigate to Workflow Assignments (Workorder Module  Role Based Application 
Workflow Assignments)
 You can see the dashboard with 4 categories.
1. Overdue
2. Due this week
3. Priority 1
4. Workorders
 To Reassign the assignment, Select the records as shoe below

Similarly, You can follow the same step to with Accept or reject the request
