What is it about?
James Dyson Foundation (JDF) Bursary Design Competition aims to inspire
students to pitch and practicalize their creative and innovate designs. It's open
to all students of Heriot-Watt University Malaysia (HWUM), organized by MakerZ
Club and with support from James Dyson Foundation. Individual or teams of 2-
5 students will be required to identify an issue and create/innovate a solution
to resolve the issue. Participants will also be pitching their designs to our
judges. We believe through this competition, participants will be able to garner
invaluable experiences in design thinking, problem solving and idea pitching.
