This document shows potential scholarship ranges. Eligibility factors include competitive GPA and test scores.
Once a student is fully admitted to ASU, any scholarship award is based on review of their academic record.
International applicants are encouraged to submit an ASU admission application, official transcripts, and test scores to be automatically
considered for a tuition scholarship. Some graduate scholarships require a separate application, as noted.
Guide to awards for admitted undergraduate transfer students who meet all criteria
Polytechnic or West Valley campus minimum $6,000; maximum $14,000, renewable annually up to 2 years*
Downtown Phoenix or Tempe campus minimum $3,000; maximum $10,000, renewable annually up to 2 years*
ASU at Lake Havasu minimum $1,000; maximum $3,300, renewable annually up to 2 years*
High school GPA (on a scale of 4.00) Awarded to students with GPA 3.00+ and above IELTS 6.5 | TOEFL 76 | DET 115
English language test score or test exemption Awarded to students with above IELTS 6.0 | TOEFL 63 | DET 105 and GPA 3.50+
Conditionally admitted students receive any NAmU award on passing English Language Program Advanced 2 level with minimum 84% or B overall grade.
Not all students will qualify. Awards are made in fall and spring semesters only. Summer-start students will receive any awarded scholarship in their first fall semester. Eligible students must be on F-1 visas.
Students who receive full sponsorship are not eligible for these awards. ASU and Kaplan reserve the right to revoke any admission or scholarships due to incorrect self-reported information.

tudents awarded a NAmU scholarship must meet renewal criteria each year in order for their scholarship to continue. The award is renewable for a total of 8 (Year 1 admission students) or 4 (transfer
admission students) consecutive fall and spring semesters of eligibility. More detail: students.asu.edu/scholarships/renewal
