In OCT 2023, The Society had its AGM in which those present agreed to the proposal of collecting Rs.
1000 towards Major repair fund. For those who were not present in the AGM this is an explanation of
how your bill changed from OCT 2023 due to this.

Your new bill from Oct 2023 would now reflect as;

This is what you received in the month of Oct 2023. However because the water supply in Oct 2023
from VVMC was bad we had a very high tanker bill. So some changes were done to the Nov bill where
in Rs. 200 for 1BHK, Rs.300 Rs for 2 BHK and Rs.400 for 3BHK each was reduced from your Repair
Fund and Major Repair fund. So your Nov Bill reflected as follows

In Dec 2023 the repair fund and major repair fund was rectified to show that each member makes an
equal contribution of Rs. 1000 towards Major repair fund every month as decided in AGM, so Rs. 200
for 1BHK, Rs.300 Rs for 2 BHK and Rs.400 for 3BHK each was added to your Repair Fund and Major
Repair fund. So the Dec 2023 is as follows;

Hope this clarifies your doubt. If you are finding it difficult in paying the Rs. 1000 towards Major
Repair fund we will discuss it in the 7th Jan meeting but for that all are required to be present. After
