Dear Sir,

We are pleased to submit bill verification reports of IPC- 2 for Seti Khola Small
Hydroelectric Project (3.5 MW). Total claimed amount for Civil construction works in
this bill was Rs.43,423,070.27 (Four Crore Thirty-four Lakh Twenty-three
Thousand Seventy and Twenty-seven paisa). We hereby recommend a total
expenditure of Rs. 32,828,866.56 (Three Crore Twenty-eight Lakh Twenty-eight
Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-six and Fifty-six paisa) in Second running bill as, Civil
work expenses.
