WHAT IS THE NARRATIVE TEXT?
Narrative text is that text tells about a chronogical story in the pas tense. Narative text is unreal
story, fiction story. The purpose of narrative text is to amuse/ to entertain.
STURUCTURE OF NARRATIVE TEXT
1. Orientation, as the beginning of the introduction of the text.
2. Complication, this section contains the problems that happend in the sotry.
3. Resolution, this section is to resolve the problems in the story.

The main part of recount text consists of a series of events described chronologically. Each
event is explained in the order in which it occurred, forming a storyline that structures these
events.

Closing recount text provides a conclusion or closure to a series of events that have been
described. The author can provide thoughts or reflections related to the experience

Personal recount is a recount text that functions to tell about the writer's personal
experiences.

Factual recount is a recount text that functions to present reports of events that really
happened, such as scientific experiment reports or police reports.
AUTOBIOGRAPHY
Biographical Characteristic :
1. An autobiography is a journey of a person's life, written by the character himself, or with the
help of another writer, written according to the character's own experiences or memories.
2. Autobiographies often contain information about the character's own life, from difficulties
to success.
3. Autobiographies also usually display only positive information. It is even usually written in
the context of portraying a political figure.
4. Autobiographies are often written so that people know more about what they have done
during their lives, so that they can learn from it the wisdom and valuable lessons contained
in it.
