Instructions for Technical Report Writing for CA 2– Indian

Constitution (Stream – EE)

Format of the Report


1st Page
The front page should contain the following information:
 Name of College and College logo
 Topic
 Name of the Student
 Roll No.
 Registration No.
 Department
 Subject with Subject Code

2nd Page
The second page should contain the Abstract or Executive Summary.
The abstract or executive summary provides a summary of the report’s essential
information and usually is about 100 to 200 words in length. The abstract should
summarise:
 background problem and purpose of report
 brief details of the approach, procedure and/or methods
 important results and/or findings
 major conclusion(s).
3rd Page
The third page should contain the Table of Contents:
This should include:
 all section headings and subheadings - numbered and worded exactly as they
appear in the report
 page numbers for all sections.

4th Page
The fourth page should contain the Introduction.

5th Page – 10th Page


The fifth to tenth page should contain the Body.

11th Page
The eleventh page should contain the Conclusion.

12th Page
The twelfth page should contain the References.

send both files.
3. Check the format mentioned in the first section of this document
4. The file name has to be YOUR NAME in all capital letters.
