Required for legal representative of audition applicant who is a minor under the age of 14 (Korean age basis)

I, as legal representative of applicant, acknowledge and voluntarily agree by my own free will with applicant providing to
YG Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter “Company”) personal information of applicant included in the application for
Company’s audition. And I acknowledge and approve to the ‘Consent of Personal Information Collection and Usage’
signed by applicant.
