Activity 1. Describe the experience by choosing the letter that represents your feelings.
Your mother recently bought you a desktop computer set from “BeiMaxx Computer Solutions. When
you turned on your computer,it displayed a message saying that there was a problem with the hard
drive. You called the technical support service of the store and they promised that they will send a
technician to look in the problem the next morning. Resigned to the fact that you will be unable to use
your new computer immediately, you turned on your game console and played your favourite game.
The next day, a technician from BeiMaxx arrived at your house at 8 am. He took a look at your
computer and was able to fix the problem in fifteen minutes.
If you were the manager of BeiMaxx, how would you ensure that your customers are always satisfied
with your products and services? How can you avoid problems with customers in the future?
To ensure that my customers will always be satisfied, I will let the costumers try first the product they
have purchased in that way any difficulties or errors that occurred on our product and services that we
provide can be resolved immediately and will allow satisfaction on our consumer’s part. To avoid
problems with the costumers in the future, I will let them have a dry run on the product they have
bought if it’s functioning properly. I would also put up a warranty on the product with an appropriate
time period.
