Customer Hi, I bought a laptop from your store last month and
unfortunately, the screen has cracked.

Customer I'm not entirely sure. I opened my laptop bag one day and found
the screen cracked.
Sales Manager I see. Well, first of all, let's check if your laptop is still under
warranty. Can you provide me with the model number and the
purchase date?
Customer Yes, the model number is ABC123 and I bought it on January
15th.
Sales Manager Thank you for the information. I've checked our system and your
laptop is still under warranty. However, please note that warranty
coverage varies depending on the cause of damage. If the
damage is due to accidental causes, it might not be covered.
Customer I understand. What are the next steps?

Sales Manager You can bring the laptop to our store. Our technical team will
