Indus valley civilization [PART 1 ]

Indus valley civilization is also known as Harappan civilization,


was one of the earliest urban societies. Here’s an overview of
its history :

The people of the Indus valley engaged in agriculture, primary
growing, wheat, barley, and cotton.

The city of Mohenjo Daro was divided into two parts.
 CITIDAL
 LOWER TOWN
CITIDAL: THE AREA THAT WAS BUILT ON THE TOP OF MOUNT OF BRICK WAS
12M HIGH , WESTERN ENDS AT CITIDAL. SEVERAL LARGE BUILDING SUGGEST
THAT THIS AREA MAY HAVE USED FOR SOCIAL AND RELIGIOUS GATHERINGS AND
ALSO HELP ADMINISTRATIVE ATIVITIES.
