:UNIFIED MODELING LANGUAGE (UML) OVERVIEW

Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a graphical language for visualizing, specifying,

constructing, and documenting the artifacts of a software-intensive system. It offers
a standard way to write a system’s blueprints, including conceptual things such as
business processes and system functions as well as concrete things such as
programming language statements, database schemas, and reusable software
components.

:Use Case
Describes the functionality provided by a system in terms of actors, their goals
represented as use
cases, and any dependencies among those use cases.

A collaboration diagram, also known as a communication diagram, is an illustration
of the relationships and interactions among software objects in the Unified Modeling
Language (UML). These diagrams can be used to portray the dynamic behavior of a
particular use case and define the role of each object.
