Hello Inspire family,

We "think" we have the technical difficulties figured out. Our plan is do the 8:00am
workout on Facebook Live in our Inspirational Members page linked below. Ask to
join if you have not done so already.

Donkey kicks
Split stance

90 Stretch overhead bend - 30 seconds each leg


Ham/squat stretch - 60 seconds

Split squat pull apart - 30 seconds each leg


Split squat overhead side bend - 30 seconds each leg
'W' - 60 seconds

30 seconds each x 3
Box (prisoner) squat
Forward lunge with shoulder press

30 seconds each
Plank with 1 leg circle
Side plank
Overhead ab crunch
Jump split squat with bicep curl - 30 seconds each leg
Jumper squat with bicep curl - 60 seconds
