Now i’m gonna talk about our dish with the superfood that we pick, the avocado, our

dish is
called “Healthy Hotdog” and here are the ingredients and steps to make it.

Ingredients: Hotdog bread, Tomato, Avocado, Lettuce and Boiled Chicken

Then we go with differents steps to assemble our healthy hotdog:

Step 1: We start by washing our vegetables, then we peel the tomato, open the avocado and
dry the lettuce. Cut the tomato into slices, after that, we smash the avocado til get a uniform
paste.

Step 2: In a pot with plenty of water we boil our chicken, after half an hour we take it out and
shred it.

Step 3: We put the chicken on our bread, then the lettuce, tomato and finally our avocado.
Once our hotdog is ready, we just have to enjoy it.
