Description of Costs and Charges
Investment Services Costs are fees for brokerage and other investment services.

• One off: costs and charges incurred at the beginning (entry) or at the end (exit) of the provided investment service(s).
• On-going: periodic regular costs and charges for investment services provided to you.
• Transactional: costs and charges that are related to transactions charged by us or third parties.
• Incidental: Performance related fees payable to us over the previous year. We do not charge such fees.

Financial Instruments Costs are costs that are already included in the financial instrument price and are not settled separately.

• One off: costs and charges embedded in the price of the financial instrument at the beginning (entry) or at the end (exit) of the
investment in the financial instrument.
• On-going: Ongoing costs and charges related to the management of the financial product that are deducted from the value of
the financial instrument.
• Transactional: costs and charges that incurred because of the acquisition and disposal of investments underlying the financial
instrument.
• Incidental: performance related fee payable to the management company or any investment adviser and carried interests.

Third Party Payments are payments received by us from third parties:

• Transactional: payments received by us, including retrocession fees related to commission free funds.

Ancillary Services Costs are costs incurred for certain additional services (such as research, market data) and that are not part of
transactional service or product costs.

Disclosure Notes
The estimated costs and charges displayed include the commissions we charge for the service that we provide as well as costs
embedded in the financial instrument price that are not settled separately. These costs are estimates, the actual costs will depend on
various execution factors. We will send you a separate trade confirmation detailing the actual investment service costs incurred for each
transaction executed. Actual embedded financial instrument costs are provided annually in April for the preceding calendar year.

In addition, please note that:

• The cost estimates are shown without VAT or other individually payable taxes such as capital gains.
• The costs and additional charges displayed before placing an order are calculated for non-marketable orders using the limit price,
and for marketable orders based on current prices and volumes and are therefore subject to change.
• Financial instruments costs charged by product manufacturer may vary depending on the design of the product and are not
settled separately. The exact information on these costs might not always be available to us and comes from third-party sources.
• The total charges deducted have an impact on your investment return throughout the holding period. In estimating the costs and
charges we have assumed a holding period for illustrative purposes only. These are assumptions only and are not a reliable
indicator of future performance.
• In estimating costs and charges displayed we assumed a single execution without partial executions and without order
cancellation or modifications. Partial executions, order cancellation or modifications may incur additional costs depending on
the trading venue.
• The cost estimates displayed do not include general costs that are incurred irrespective of the financial instrument, for example
Market Data Fees.
• The composition of our aggregated service costs as well as the financial instrument costs and third-party costs are shown under
each cost item. The figures in percent refer to the investment in base currency.
• As we do not automatically convert currencies into your base currency no foreign currency conversion costs apply directly to
this transaction. You can find detailed information about incurred currency conversion costs in your Activity Statement in the
'Trades/Forex' section.
• The cost estimates are shown in the base currency of your account and are charged to the account in the trading currency unless
otherwise stated. Any amounts in foreign currencies, such as minimum commission fee for certain instruments, is translated into
the base currency of your account.
