constrained to commence the auctioning procedure in terms of section 48 of the customs Act 1962 at your cost, risk and
responsibility.

It may also be noted that in case of perishable cargo the same would be auctioned at the earliest or be destroyed if its
validity period expires or cargo condition deteriorates.
