TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. It is hereby agreed that the party to whom this Booking Confirmation is addressed to, shall be deemed as the “Contracting Party”
under this contract, and Establisher of Contract. In the event the booking party is merely acting as agent for its principal, whether known
or disclosed to us as carrier, the party nevertheless have to hereby agree and undertake that they shall be bound and liable for the
performance of all obligations under this agreement in the capacity as a Principal.
2. For empty container collection, container/s will only be released 5 days before vessel's arrival. Container/s will incur detention after
the expiry of 5 days from pickup date from our depot, at tariff applicable and a copy of which is available on request.
3. Bookings made are deemed as an acceptance of our terms and conditions of business.
4. Stuffing of dangerous/Hazardous items, Highly Inflammable Cargo, Cigarettes, Spirits items, Cloves, Naphtha, Wet Scrap / Turning &
Borings, Plastic scrap, Loose Scrap, Marble and Granite Slabs (Non palletised), Calcium Hypochlorite (Bleaching Power) and Caustic
Soda into our Principal's/our containers (under the afore said booking) is strictly prohibited unless prior approval & consent isobtained
in writing before stuffing of the container.
5. Stuffing of Contraband items is strictly prohibited.
6. Any act in violation of above condition 4 & 5 will be construed as an independent act of the shipper's or their agents. Any/all costs
arising there of will be of direct consequence to the shippers or their agents with no liability or claims on us, carrier or carrier's agent.
7. Detailed cargo specifications should be furnished by shippers at the time of booking. Any costs and consequences due to
incomplete cargo declaration will be charged back to shippers.
8. Rates are subject to change due to any surcharges, peak surcharges, security/risk charges etc as and when imposed by Carriers
with/without notice.
9. Cost and consequences arising out of loading beyond the payload mention on the container, is to the customer A/C.
10. Charges will be levied for containers not used for Export.
11. By accepting this Booking, it is explicitly agreed that the Booking Party shall take full responsibility for arranging to produce the full lot
of booked containers in laden condition, on time for the vessel loading. In case of any delays, no shows, last minute cancellation, etc,
resulting in loss of slot or opportunity for availing such space, by Carrier, the booking party agrees to compensate the Carrier, full freight
as agreed in this booking, and pay in full, against invoices raised by us, unconditionally.
