2. Empty Container free time is 21 days for DC and 7 days for Reefer Containers. Kindly return Laden Box within standard free time of
detention after empty picking up the container. Detention charges would be collected thereafter.
3. Weight carrying capacity of equipment varies between containers. Please check the Playcard affixed to each container for its specific
maximum weight and DO NOT exceed this weight at any time.
4. Shipper shall comply with all rules, Laws and regulations of any national or local government and/or other authorities relating to the
Goods, including but not limited to weight limit and weight declaration requirements and shall indemnify COSCO for any liability, loss,
damage or expenses of whatsoever nature as a result of any non-compliance.
5. Booking confirmation is subject to receiving of all relevant Bill of Lading data from the shipper in due time respectively according to local
documentation closing dates / times.
6. COSCO shall not be responsible for any costs / delays occur due to intervention of customs.

*7. In accordance with the SOLAS Verified Gross Mass (VGM) requirement, kindly note that the VGM must be submitted to the carrier
before the Cut Off Date/Time mentioned above.
8. CRO / Loading Program is valid till 10 days from the date of issue.
9. Dry Container cut off will strictly follow which declared by VOA and reefer containers will cut off up-on vessel berthing.
