MODEL DESCRIPTION: Biological Resource Centers are the institutions that store or
maintain organic wastes and naturally formed or formable raw materials from human and
animal activities. The products which are stored or maintain used for promote Regenerative
agriculture under GTP Project.
Now, we are planning with six Bio Resource Centre (BRC) for next six months related to
their business progress.

Market size: We are planning to engage with 30 farmers per BRC location for next six month. For
vegetable farmers 10 decimal per farmer so that 300 decimal per village for vegetable farming.

 Online sales we can adopt


 Open stall in public gather area for product promotion and selling
 Having a clear buyer persona
 per week basis target to reach farmers
 focused on sales training and weekly meeting as per plan

Financial Planning:
Product cost of 30 farmers one time to prepare per BRC is approx. 5-6k. we can sell this product with
a margin of 2-3k profit. So, the BRC products selling cost total will be 7-8k. next we will plan to add
more farmer as per strategy to increase profit per BRC.
