Last May 22, 2022, I sent Php 1015.00 to a Gcash Account Number 09750713074, under the
name of Soledad P, hoping that we could order a certain Enhypen Merchandise Light stick.
The twitter account with the username @NothinButGian, in which I ordered, promised us
that the items would be onhand next week, a week after I paid, but nothing came, until the
month of June. Multiple transactions are still going under their account together with
@lauvenaespa and @uaenaextends, so I thought that the problem was under their source
seller.
An issue came across the twitter community where @lauvenaespa and @uaenaextends are
tagged as scammers, who had multiple failed transactions. As a customer who wanted a safe
and peaceful order, I opted for refund, together with the order customers who also ordered
from them. My friend who also ordered the same merchandise, also opted for a refund, but
now fully refunded, from a different admin. It was in the end that I am fully aware that
@lauvenaespa and @uaenaextends had multiple admins and resellers. Since that time, we
waited for the promised tagline of “this week irerefund”, but as expected, nothing came.
By then, they asked us to fill out a google form for refund, but as again expected, nothing
came. They again made us send some form in their dms, but won’t even respond to me. I did
not even receive a reply to my email. Another google form was made, entitled as “final
refund form” but as again expected, nothing was refunded. This was another clause, possible
of Identity Theft, since we gave our personal information to them. June has passed, a month
from the promised refund timeline but they always give us the excuses that @lauvenaespa
had covid, and such things. People were really frustrated and disappointed with such kind of
irresponsible and “scammer behavior” people. @NothinButGian also closed his account
without proper statement to his customers.

Until now, as of writing, August 7, 2022, they still won’t give us the refund we needed. I
know my rights as a customer. Maybe for people, a thousand peso is such a petty money. But
if you look at how many people, they are unable to refund and respond to inquiries, you
would know that is quite serious. I don't want to make the situation worse, but the situation
made me do it. Enough with the excuses, we are done with it. We just want a refund for the
money we paid, nothing more, nothing less. In these times of pandemic where people are
having problems with money, I am asking for your time to take a look at the situation and
initialize an action that has to be given. Screenshots, proofs and evidences were attached to
this.
