Mission and Vision

The Committee aims to be a leading centre of excellence that advances the understanding and
application of Air and Space Law through education, research, policy engagement and several
webinars. The committee also aims to contribute to the development of a robust legal
framework that promotes safe, responsible, and innovative air and space activities, ensuring
the harmonious growth of these sectors. To accomplish this, the committee empowers and
encourages students, legal professionals, and enthusiasts to explore, discuss, research, and
contribute to the evolving landscape of Air and Space Law.

Activities
The committee through the guidance of the professionals and involvements of students will
encourage for activities as follows:

1. Workshops and Seminars :


 Organise Workshops and Seminars featuring renowned experts in Air and
Space Law.
 Facilitate discussions on recent legal developments and their implications on
society, Industry, and International scenarios.
2. Research Initiatives
 Undertake research initiatives on legal aspects of drone operations, satellite
technology, space tourism, space technology and many more.
 Encourage respected faculties, legal enthusiasts and students to collaborate on
research papers and publications.
 Research on various conventions related to the Air and Space Law.
3. Annual Conferences:
 Organise and Host an annual International Conference on Air and Space Law
that brings together legal experts to share valuable insights on the legal
developments in this field and other aspects related to the filed,

 Launch a dedicated journal that publishes articles, case studies, and legal
analyses related to the Air and Space Law.
 Publish research-based books, newsletters, Blogs, and regulars on Air and
Space law.
5. Policy Initiatives:
 Engage with relevant government agencies to provide legal insights on
drafting and amending air and space-related policies.
 Research on governmental policies related to Aie and Space law and take up
