Project Title : Analysis of tensile strength and microstructure of DSS-2205 before and after heat treatment.
Duration : June 2022 To July 2023

Project Brief : The project is based on the analysis of Duplex Stainless Steel before and after heat treatment
where we analyse tensile strength, microstructure and elongation in specimen. We cut the material into four
dumbbell shape with Wire Cut-EDM. After cutting the specimen we put the three specimen into furnace and
give the temperature upto1100℃. Use three medium for cooling (water, air and furnace). After heat treatment
we took material for testing the tensile Strength, Microstructure and Elongation with help of UTM machine.

Project Title : Study of compressor

Duration : Octuber 2023 to November 2023
Project Brief : In this project we study about the type of compressor and working principle of compressor and
construction of compressor. And use of compressor in different industries.
