DISRUPTION OF WORK
If Seller's representative cannot continue the work due to illness, hospitalisation and a like the following rates are
applicable: for the first Seven days the usual daily rate applies. If exceeding seven days, the daily rate will be
charged at 50% or the representative will be repatriated, provided without medical risk. If repatriation is not possible
the daily rate will be charged at 25% until representative can be repatriated.
Seller's representative shall be entitled to return home if a blood relative to the first or second degree has died or is
about to die. In such case the charges for repatriating him shall be borne by Purchaser at 50%.

BOARD & LODGING

Seller's representative is entitled to have board and lodging similar to European standards.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
Purchaser shall have suitable transportation available for Seller's representative to move from his living quarters to
job site and back , otherwise seller will charged transportation either actual + 10% or as per point # 4 under
paragraph “EXPENSES”

PURCHASER'S FACILITIES
Seller's representative shall be entitled to use Purchaser's facilities, such as recreational areas, whether located on
job site or in the nearby vicinity thereof.

GENERAL
The Seller will be responsible for property damage and personal injury, where such damage or injury is attributable to
the negligence of the Seller. The Seller shall not be responsible for the act and workmanship of the employees,
contractors, subcontractors, or agent of the Purchasers.
Furthermore, the Seller shall not be liable for any property damage (including the equipment within the work
description) or personal injury caused by (a) the negligence or fault of the employee, contractors, subcontractors,
agent or material men, of the Purchaser, or (b) by failure to observe the Field Representative's advice or (c) by the
failure or devices not furnished by the Seller, which is caused by defects therein not observable by the Field
Representative's visual inspection, or (d) by use of instrument and/or the making of adjustments by the employees
contractors, subcontractors, or agents of the purchaser. In addition when maintenance service is performed the
Seller's liability for any loss or damage shall not include units or parts of equipment upon which maintenance was not
performed, or loss or damage caused by defects not observable by the Field representative or units or parts returned
to use at the request of the Purchaser. Any assignment of this contract or any rights hereunder by the Purchaser
without written consent of the Seller shall be void. No understanding, promise or representative, and no waiver
alteration modification of any of the provision hereof, shall be binding upon the Sellers unless approved in writing by
an authorised representative of the seller. The rights and obligations of the parties under this contract shall be
interpreted and govern in all respects of the laws of U.A.E.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT
The contract contains the complete agreement between the parties. All previous and collateral agreements (including
letters of intent or purchase orders issued by the Purchaser), representations, warranties, promises and conditions
relating to said subject matter, are superseded by this contract. Any understanding, promise, representation,
warranty or conditions not incorporated in the contract shall not be binding on either party.
