Ingredients Preparation
for 4 servings 1 Lay out the potatoes, broccoli florets, and red
VEGETABLES pepper on a baking tray.
2 potatoes 2 Coat with the garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper,
½ head broccoli and olive oil and mix together.
1 red bell pepper
3 Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350˚F (180°C).
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley 4 Coat with the parmesan.
1 teaspoon salt
5 Mix together with the cooked couscous and olive
1 teaspoon pepper oil.
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 Enjoy!
