III. Result and Interpretation

In 16pf, the subject may show that she has low introversion, indicating that she is an
extrovert, who is an outgoing, overtly expressive person.However, in Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator, the subject may show that she has an ESTJ type of personality which
stands for Extroverted, Sensing, Thinking and Judging.

In Academic Self Concept, According to the subject's test results in the mathematics
category, math is not one of her strongest academic interests. She performs poorly, but
she still affords to have positive feedback and maintains her level of performance. It is
commendable that she is able to maintain her level of performance despite not having a
strong academic interest in math. Additionally, the subject in the English category
confidently acknowledged that English is one of her best academic subjects, that she
does well in it, and that she has generally good grades. She has shown dedication and
hard work to achieve her academic goals.

Meanwhile in Academic Self-Efficacy Scale, The individual's test results show her
ability to seek out assistance from the instructors, despite the fact that she freely admits
she can get distracted by interesting tasks. Nevertheless, she excels at completing
homework assignments and studying for exams. Additionally, she is able to focus in
class and try her best to understand all of the content, which results in good exam grades
that will be pleasing to her parents. However, the evaluation of the individual's overall
academic performance and potential is limited to their exam grades, which is a narrow
measure of their academic abilities.
