Bellissima Apparels Limited is renowned 100% export oriented RMG industry since 2001 in
Bangladesh. The industry has been creating modern and stylish woven garments and export all over
the Europe and USA. The company inviting applications from well experienced candidates on
contractual basis for the following position.
POSITION: Head of Technician
NUMBER OF POSITION: 01 (One)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing technical expertise: Candidate will be the resident expert on a specific area, such as
production processes, quality control, garment construction, costing, or sustainability. This involves
troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and optimizing current practices.
Quality control and assurance: Ensuring garments meet required standards and customer
specifications is crucial. Candidate might conduct inspections, analyze test results, develop quality
control procedures, and address quality deviations.
Production efficiency and improvement: Analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and
recommending efficiency enhancements are key tasks. This could involve implementing new
technologies, optimizing workflows, and training personnel.
Compliance with regulations and standards: Staying updated on relevant regulations and standards in
areas like labor practices, environmental sustainability, and safety is essential. Candidate might be
responsible for ensuring the company's adherence and advising on best practices.
Project management: Depending on the role, candidate might lead or contribute to technical projects
aimed at improving production, launching new product lines, or implementing new technologies.
Liaison and communication: Effective communication with various departments, such as design,
production, and quality control, is crucial. Candidate will be also need to collaborate with suppliers and
external stakeholders when necessary.
Training and development: Providing training to production staff on new processes, techniques, and
quality control procedures.
Costing and profitability analysis: Evaluating production costs and recommending strategies to
improve profitability.
Research and development: Exploring new materials, technologies, and production methods to
enhance product quality and efficiency.
Sustainability initiatives: Implementing sustainable practices across the garment production process.
Qualification & skill & experience: Bachelor degree or graduate in any discipline. Minimum 20 years of
strong technical knowledge and work experience in similar position in the field of modern and stylish
woven clothing garments factory. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective
communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and quality
standards. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards. Candidate have to ability to
read and speak in English & Korean language to communicate independently with buyer’s
representative at the factory.
