    This certifies that on December 28, 2021, Kandy South Water Treatment Plant, under the National
    Water Supply & Drainage Board, appointed Mr. D.G. Kavinda Bandara Weerasinghe, holding NIC No.
    970720430v, as a trainee. After completing his training on June 27, 2022, he was recruited again by M/S
    KOSIS on a contact basis to work at the Kandy South Water Treatment Plant in August 8, 2022, due to his
    dedication to his work.

    In the unlikely event of an emergency or malfunction, Mr. D.G. Kavinda Bandara Weerasinghe
    performed an excellent job at the Kandy South Water Treatment Plant. He got trainings in addition to
    working at the treatment plant, and he did his job with diligence. I value his willingness to collaborate
    with the water supply board staff. Additionally, he is a worker who handles the electrical and mechanical
    aspects of the treatment plant's job with great efficiency and responsibility.

    He shown a strong work ethic when he was employed with us, and we would not hesitate to highly
    suggest him to any potential employers. We also wish him well in his future pursuits.
