baptismal record.

its students reading and writing, for this school also taught the classics

7. There is evidence that Shakespeare worked as an actor in London for he also worked as a
playwright at the same time.
8. Early in his career, Shakespeare dedicated his poem “Venus and Adonis” to the Earl of
Southampton, for he also dedicated “The Rape of Lucrece” to him.
9. Many of his early plays were histories, but he also wrote comedies.
10. Most of his later works were tragedies, for he also wrote tragic comedies in his final years.
