    1 Aqua Licorice Extract 2% 5.0
    2 Pseudo-CeramideEmusion 1.0
    3 Hydroxyethylcellulose 1.0
    4 Triethanolamine 0.5
    5 Endothelin antagonist(Spec-Chem Ind) 0.1
    6 PCA Na(Spec-Chem Ind) 1.5
    7 Glycerin 4.0
    8 Citric Acid q.s.
    9 Fragrance q.s.
    10 DeionizedWater To 100.0

    PROCEDURE：
    (1)Add 2 to deionizedwater, and stir them to dissolve completely.
    (2)Add hydroxyethylcellulose to (1) and stir in 50~60℃ for 30min to
    dissolution, then add triethanolamine to them and stir completely.
    (3)Add citric acid to PH≈6.
    (4)Add 1,5, 6, glycerin, fragrance and mix well.
    (5)Pure out and test.
