A. Installation of VRF System

1 Component Installation:

Verify installation alignment with approved shop drawings.

Ensure proper labeling of each component.

Confirm compliance with LG's manufacturer recommendations and
guidelines.

Check for secure and proper mounting of equipment.

2 Piping and Tubing:

Inspect refrigerant piping and tubing for proper sizing and insulation.

Confirm efficient routing and adherence to LG's design criteria.

Verify the integrity of insulation to prevent heat gain or loss.

3 Electrical Wiring:
Confirm correct electrical connections complying with LG's safety
standards.

Verify compliance with safety standards

Verify installation of control wiring and communication lines.

Ensure wiring protection and labeling

B. Testing of VRF System

1 Pressure Testing:

Conduct leak test 1 with a pressure set to 550 psi for more than 24 hours.
Conduct leak test 2 with a pressure set to 500 psi for a minimum of 24
hours.

Record pressure test data following LG's method statement.

Verify system pressure within acceptable limits

2 Functionality Testing:

Perform functional tests on each LG indoor unit for proper operation.

Test heating and cooling modes, confirming temperature setpoints.

Check for proper airflow and distribution.

Record operational current (Amps) during tests.

3 Communication Tests:

 Test communication links between LG indoor units, outdoor units, and
central control.

Verify system response to control inputs.

Confirm effective communication without signal loss.

C. Commissioning of VRF System

1 System Calibration:

Calibrate LG VRF system controllers for accurate readings.

Confirm sensors and transducers provide reliable data as per LG's
guidelines.

Verify accurate temperature and pressure readings

2 Energy Efficiency Verification:

Evaluate energy efficiency by monitoring power consumption.

Compare actual performance with LG's design specifications.

Record operational current (Amps) during efficiency tests as per LG's
method statement.
3 User Training:
Supply relevant documentation, including LG operation manuals and
emergency procedures.

Confirm users understand proper use of the LG system and its features.

Note: Other inspection criteria's which is not in this list & applicable as per site condition shall be referred to the technical specifications & Approved drawings.
