department Chairs (in case of the former’s absence), or a ‫ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻋﻤﻴﺪ ﻟﺸﺆون اﻟﺪراﺳﺎت اﻟﻌﻠﻴﺎ �� اﻟ�ﻠﻴﺔ( أو ﻣﻦ‬

sessions conducted in their colleges and to submit a .‫ﺧﺎص ﻋﻦ �ﻞ ﺟﻠﺴﺔ إ�� ﻋﻤﻴﺪ �ﻠﻴﺔ اﻟﺪراﺳﺎت اﻟﻌﻠﻴﺎ‬
report of every session to the Dean of the College of
Graduate Studies. ‫ ﻳﻘﻮم اﻟﻘﺴﻢ اﳌﻌ�ي ﺑﺈرﺳﺎل �ﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت و�ﺟﺮاءات اﳌﻨﺎﻗﺸﺔ‬-‫ب‬

to achieve the primary goal of thesis defense according to
the scientific principles applicable in all renowned
