CHOR BOLT INSTALLATION (CLUBHOUSE)

SAFETY CONTROL MEASURES

Patos must be needed prior to start the work activities. Proper

training of all workers involved to activity should be required. Check list of machiner of equipment
must be provided. Use of safety shoes and full body harness if necessary

Inspect the area immediately around the load and the route for clearance and tripping hazards. Clear
movable objects from the route. Check for uneven terrain. Clean up spills that could affect foot
traction.
Hausekeeping before and after the work activity. Install of dusty area signage. Use of face mask at all
times, maintain the water apraying for the affected area.
Drink regularly a plenty water, observe break time if necessary. Provision of temporay shelter. Use of
safety jacket.

If the load must be carried for a long distance, find location(s) load can be placed to allow for a rest
break. If possible, keep load elevated to avoid lifting the object to resume moving it.

Permit Issuer and permit receiver conduct the job site inspection.

All heavy equipment Shall be inspected and approved by HSE Department.

All Equipment’s operators shall be certified by Saudi Aramco and record shall be submitted to HSE
Department
for approval.
Provide caution tape , barricade around the area.

Personnel in the area should be aware of potential hazards.

Use Proper PPE (Hardhat,vest,safety shoes,goggles,gloves )

Close coordination meeting shall be held daily.

Approved work permit shall be available before proceeding with the job. During construction period
work permit system will be applied.
Job supervisor shall ensure that housekeeping has been conducted on the area prior to starting
activity.
Personnel assigned to the tasks shall be experienced workers.
