CONDITIONS: - a) Ore from different mining locations must be stored, treated and
recorded separately
b) Separate returns are to be submitted
When necessary, permission for the use of private roads must be sought
from the landowners concerned.
c) At no time will the bullion won be shared with the owner of the mill. The
owner of the mill will be paid in cash for his milling services;
alternatively, an arrangement can be made with Fidelity Printers and
Refineries to have cheques paid direct into the miller’s account.
d) As soon as off-loading of the ore at the mill is completed, the permit
should be handed over to the miller who will file it.
