1. I know that competing in Tawid Barangay Anniversary Fun Run 2023 is a potentially strenuous
running activity. Thus, I know in myself that I am healthy and capable to join.
2. I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur while I am
participating in the event.
3. I agree and abide by all race rules and directions mandated by the Event Organizers.
4. I also acknowledge that there is a risk of injury from various causes including dehydration,
accidents, overexertion, weather conditions, and other causes.
5. I waiver all claims of liability or damage against any, individual, group, the host of the event,
and the organizers.
6. I will obey restrictions from the organizers for the sake of safety and welfare.
