Background
Microsoft Talenta AI Indonesia is a platform for young women in Indonesia to strengthen their digital
capacities, equipping them with the essential future-ready skills that will make them a competitive
workforce in alignment with the Indonesia National Skills for Jobs mission, Indonesia Maju (Indonesia
Forward). Microsoft Indonesia and Kartu Prakerja aim to enable 100,000 Indonesian youths in the 1st year
program, 70% being young women, on advanced tech skills (AI and Cybersecurity) for future-ready jobs to
pursue a career in technology.

As part of introducing this project to the public, in collaboration with Prakerja we held a webinar during
Indonesia Skills Week to introduce the TALENTA AI Indonesia program including to involve experts working
in the fields of AI, Data and Cyber ​Security (AI and Cybersecurity) to prepare content with Microsoft and
become a trainer for our learning content.

Target Participants
This activity targets Indonesian digital talent which:
● Prakerja Alumnae
● Unemployed youth
● University and/or TVET graduates
● TVET educators

Brief Event Description

As AI continues to revolutionize the workplace, this webinar focuses on the evolving nature of work and how
professionals and organizations can adapt and thrive in this AI-driven environment. It aims to provide
insights into navigating the changing landscape of work and leveraging AI to create opportunities.

Technically, the webinar session will go through several critical activities below
