Printable Memory Book

Create your own personalized memory book for dad! With this printable
activity it’s easy to store memories of special occasions and favorite everyday
moments with your father. Add your photographs and thoughts to create a
one-of-a-kind memory book he’ll treasure for years to come.

What you will need: How to make the spine:

Thread twine or yarn through the
• Card stock paper • Glue stick holes as shown. Tie a bow at the top
• Printer compatible • Printed photos to make the spine.
sticker paper • Scissors
• Hole punch Kids, please have a grown-up help
• Twine or yarn you with the scissors.

Instructions:
Cover
Print the 9 memory book pages onto card stock. Trim out the pages along the
black lines. Fold along the dashed line. Punch holes where indicated. Line up
the sheets with the holes on left side and thread twine or yarn through the
holes to make a book. Glue your photos into the indicated areas and include
a written message about the photo if you prefer. Print the sticker page onto Tie a big
sticker paper. Trim around the shapes and add the stickers wherever you like! knot here.
