    I wrote this letter to request the disconnection of my Smart Signature XL+ Postpaid Plan (SIM card) as
    we cannot use it in our wireless modem resulting in the inability to utilize the UNLI 4G/5G service of the
    said plan. Additionally, as far as I know, no SMART WIRELESS CENTER where I can file my termination in
    our province.
