Subscription (“RFID Subscription”) including the authority to (i) sign, execute, and deliver, for and on behalf of the

Subscriber, any and all application forms, authorities, letters, agreements, and other documents and instruments

as may be required for the RFID Subscription; and (ii) pay, for and on behalf of the Subscriber, any and all prepaid

tolls, fees, charges, and/or penalties as may be required or assessed on the Subscriber for the RFID

Subscription/RFID Account, including those unpaid tolls, fees, charges, and/or penalties assessed on a

(terminated/existing) RFID Account of the Subscriber.
