Secure your house, such as furniture,
appliances, etc. Maintain emergency food and

Stay inside. Go down and get in cover with
any heavy furniture and hold on to it until
the earthquake has subsided. Do not go
outside and avoid doorways due to them
getting blocked.

yourself and others for injuries, check any
electrical lines, appliances for any damages.
Then turn on the radio for any news or
information regarding the earthquake.

items on lower shelves to not let it fall
during an earthquake. And DO NOT go near
glass, doors, windows, and furniture due to
them having a high chance of getting
strucked.

chance of a gas leak thus sparking a huge
fire. DO NOT go outside until the
earthquake has subsided, instead stay
under a piece of heavy furniture such as a
bed or a table. t

Leave your house unless you are forced too,
DO NOT run due to debris and broken glass
in your path. DO NOT use matches, lighters,
toilets, light switches, etc. Due to probably a
gas leak, electrical leak or any structural
damage.
