1.

Open Form-16 pdf file & GoTo : Edit > Preferences

2. Click on Signatures Tab > More

3. Uncheck the option “Require certificate revocation checking to succeed….contd”. &
click on OK.

4. Click on the Digital Signature – a popup block will be displayed.

5. Click on Signature Properties

6. Click on Show Signature Certificate button

7. Go to Trust tab in the new window opened and click on Add to Trusted Identities
8. Click on OK

9. Check all the boxes and click on OK

10. Click on OK

11. Click on Validate Signature and Close

12. Signature is Valid
