Commentary 2B:
As reason two is saying that our rights can't be exercised because of segregation and hatred to each other is when america has given us a bad check.
In the story a bad check can be represented as the lack of guaranteeing the rights of citizens. Since there is hatred towards the African American
community they don't even receive the bare minimum.

Conclusion:
Dr.King effective use of these words shows many other citizens around America what AA people have to indulge in the southern states.
He used charged language in order to get his points across and he emphasizes the promissory note from the Founding Fathers. The
Constitution was not used as written on the paper which causes disruption among the community and the government writing bad
checks to black people. Dr. King want citizens to utilize what they do have such as their voice to reiterate to the government the right that
we did have and were supposed to be guaranteed. Being born with the color of dark skin would have failed you if you were living in the
1900s.
