DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale is made and entered into by and between:

MA. MORENA A. MASULA, of legal age, residing at Purok Cereza South

Barangay 3, Bacolod City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR.

MA. TERESA M. OLVIDO of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Purok

Camonsil Barangay 3, Bacolod City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the Vendor is the absolute owner of the right and two storey house with
connections of Central Negros Cooperative (CENECO) and the Bacolod City Water
District (BACIWA) located at Purok Cereza South Barangay 3, Bacolod City;

That upon signing of this contract the VENDEE shall give them the full amount
of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 170,000.00);

That the VENDEE is hereby authorized to take immediate possession of the

property upon execution of this Deed of Sale;

NOW, THEREFORE, for in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED

SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 170, 000.00) Philippine Currency; receipt of
which is hereby acknowledge to have been received by the VENDOR. The VENDOR by
these present do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY to the VENDEE,
the above described property and same is free from any liens and encumbrances
whatsoever and that the VENDOR will defend the VENDEE from whatever claim of any
person affecting said above described property.
