NOTIFICATION
whereas, the draft of the following Rules further
to amend the Kamataka Civil
services (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977,
wwpublished as required by clause (a)
of sub-section (2) of section 3 read with section 8 of the
Karnataka State civil
services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990),
in Notification No. DpAR 657 sRR
2018' dated 08'04.2020 in Part IV-A (No.l3l)
of the Kamataka Gazette Extra-
ordinary dated 8th April, 2020 inviting objeitions
and suggestions from persons likely
to be affected thereby within fifteen days from
the date oipuutication of draft in the
OfficialGazette.

Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on g,h April
2020.

And, whereas no objections and suggestions have been

received by the State
Government.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (l) of
section 3 read with section 8 of the Kamataka
State civil services Act, lgTg
(Karnataka Act l4 of 1990), the Government
of Kamataka makes the following rules,
namely:-
