RISE technicians will test the connection prior to handing over your connection and commencement of
billing.

We invite you to observe this testing so you are satisfied the connection is as sold.

We kindly ask you to indicate your acceptance of the installation and certify that tests have been
performed. Your billing will start the day after your acceptance.

If there are any issues we request you inform your attending technician so they can arrange the
appropriate response.
