About M.J. Isham
M.J. (commonly known as Mark) Isham is a career counselor by profession, educator by vocation, and artist by
avocation. Mark’s strongest influences are his faith, his small-town rural Texas upbringing, his life experiences as a
gay cisgendered man, and his international travels. His active imagination, which is mostly a blessing but sometimes
a curse, inspires much of his work and his pursuits.

Mark lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his husband and their two petite canine overlords. They (the humans,
not the dogs) are active in their church and enjoy movies, shows, concerts, binging various television programs, and
whole-foods plant-based cooking and dining.
