METHOD STATEMENT

RECTIFICATION OF CASABLANCA WALKWAY

Purpose

This draft proposal is for rectification of crack walkway and is subjected to revise,
amend or other alternatives and future discussion with parties involved.

Scope Of Work

These works basically consists of construction and commission of crack walkway

and the scope of work include.

• Grinding and hacking

• Concreting
• 10mm groove line termination
• Stamping finishes

Material

All material or raw materials to be used comply with specification or approved

samples.

Material Approval

All materials used should be approved by the S.O prior to construction.

Rectification of crack walkway

1. Start with terminating of cracked area using a 7” grinder to cut off and
terminate the walkway before hacking process.

2. Then, the whole concrete must be back off and replace with a new FRP.
3. After clearing all the debris, concreting of walkway and application of
10mm groove line done on the front and end of repaired walkway for
proper termination.

Materials And Workmanship

All materials used in the installation is according to the relevant by-laws and
Authority and where not otherwise specified to be in accordance with the
relevant British Standards. All work will be executed using only experienced
tradesmen.

Other Related Matter

1) Work Programme
2) Store and storage yard (if necessary)
3) To comply with local authority safety regulations and requirements.
Personal protection equipment such as PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoe) and
other safety relative equipments.

Work Inspection

The work shall be inspected by the S.O or SAS’ s representative on daily basis.
