Choco Nut Cookies

Ingredients

● Baked biscuit
● 100 grams chocolate
● 30 grams condensed milk
● Roasted almonds for garnish

Time

1 Hour

Directions

● Take about 3/4th of the chocolate and cut it into small pieces.
● Melt the chocolate using a microwave or a double boiler carefully.
● Add the condensed milk to the melted chocolate and stir well.
● Crush the baked biscuit and add them to this mixture.
● Roll the mixture into bite-sized portions/rolls.
● Keep the rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
● Melt the rest of the chocolate and dip the rolls in it.
● Place it back in the refrigerator till it sets.
● Once set, garnish with roasted almonds and you’re ready to serve the delicious cookie
choco rolls.
Coconut Barfi Cookie

Ingredients

● 60 grams Oatmeal
● 30 grams dry shredded coconut
● 50 grams condensed milk

Time

1 Hour 25 Minutes

Directions

● Crush the Oatmeal


● Add the condensed milk and shredded coconut to it.
● Mix well and set in a square dish.
● Place the dish in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or till it sets well.
● Take the dish out of the refrigerator, cut it into diamond-shaped pieces and garnish
with cashew bits – to taste.
Bisc-choco Cupcakes

Ingredients

● 350 Gms self raising Flour


● 1/2 bowl of Choco chips
● 3 Tbsp Milk
● 250 Gms Caster Sugar
● 250 Gms Softened Butter
● 2 Tsp Vanilla Essence

Time
55 minutes

Directions

● Crumble the chips into powdery texture and keep them aside.
● Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
● Grease and line a muffin tin.
● Mix butter, sugar, vanilla, and milk together. Stir in some flour and beat into a smooth
consistency.
● Fold in the cookie crumbs.
● Pour the mixture into the muffin cups, place toothpicks into the muffins and bake until
they come out clean. It will take almost 20 Minutes.
● Allow it to cool on a cooling rack before you start the icing.
● Gently break the Choco chips and when the filling oozes out, top the cupcake with it.
Cookie Ice-cream Sandwich**

Ingredients

● Choco Chip
● 200 ml of vanilla ice cream
● 80g Cooking Chocolate

Time
2-4 hours

Directions

● Keep the chocolate chip in the freezer for about 30 minutes.


● Cut the solid-frozen ice cream into slices using a cookie-cutter.
● Take out the frozen cookies. Take one cookie and place a slice of the ice cream on it
and then place another cookie on the top to make a sandwich.
● Put the sandwiches into the freezer for two hours to set nicely.
● Melt the cooking chocolate using a microwave or a double boiler.
● Take the cookie sandwiches out of the freezer and dunk them in the melted chocolate.
● Make sure that all the sides are evenly coated with chocolate.
● Place these in the freezer.
● Stote in - 18/ -10 degrees Celsius throughout the transportation and retail time.
