The Program Management Portal (PgMP) is the strategic tool for program/contract
management on the IBM Contract. Clients, Client Partner Executives and Contract Business
Office personnel will benefit from this workflow tool that helps to facilitate execution of the
Program Management System, PgMS. The portal leverages IBM Technology including
WebSphere, DB2 and Cognos for reporting. PgMP Application Release Notes show a brief
description of what features are available in its current release. The primary audience for PgMP
is Client Partner Executives, Delivery Partner Executives and Contract Business office
personnel supporting the IBM Contract. It is also beneficial to review and audit personnel,
Technical Solution Managers, Project Managers, Quality Assurance
and other personnel who support the IBM Contract.

Description:

Client Growth Strategic Planning is integrating best practices around Account Planning, driving
cross-brand collaboration and placing a focus on insights & analytics to evolve account plans
into roadmap for delivering on the Client Experience and IBM growth.
Client Growth Strategic Planning (CGSP) is an end-to-end planning process that is performed
across the entire IBM business. This cross brand collaborative program, led by S&D, is
