Bài mẫu 1: Avatar 2
Avatar 2 is an epic science fiction film that is the long-awaited sequel to the 2009
blockbuster Avatar. Directed by James Cameron, the movie takes us back to the
mystical world of Pandora, where we follow the adventures of Jake Sully, a disabled
Marine veteran who has become the leader of the Na’vi people.

Set several years after the events of the first movie, Avatar 2 sees Jake, now living
with his mate Neytiri and their children, facing a new threat from Earth. A powerful
corporation led by the ruthless Colonel Miles Quaritch is once again attempting to mine
the precious resources of Pandora, risking the destruction of the planet’s delicate
ecosystem and the demolition of the Na’vi people.

As the conflict escalates, Jake and Neytiri must rally the Na’vi and their animal
companions to fight back against the invaders. Along the way, they encounter new
creatures and allies, as well as some surprising twists and turns that keep the
audience on the edge of their seats.

I watched Avatar 2 in 3D on the big screen with a group of friends, and we were all
blown away by the stunning visuals and immersive world-building. The movie is a
technical marvel, with cutting-edge special effects that make the world of Pandora
come to life like never before.

But what sets Avatar 2 apart from other blockbuster sci-fi movies is its powerful
message about the importance of protecting the environment and respecting
indigenous cultures. The movie’s themes of sustainability, empathy, and social justice
are more relevant than ever, and they are delivered with heart and soul by the talented
cast and crew.

All in all, Avatar 2 is my favorite movie because it combines thrilling action,

breathtaking visuals, and a meaningful message that inspires us to be better stewards
of our planet and our fellow human beings. I can’t wait to see where the story goes
next, and I know that this movie will continue to inspire and entertain audiences for
years to come.

Bài mẫu 2: Titanic

My favorite movie is Titanic, directed by James Cameron, and released in 1997. It is a
romantic drama film that tells the story of the ill-fated maiden voyage of the RMS
Titanic, the largest ship of its time, and its tragic sinking in 1912.

The movie centers around the love story of two young passengers, Rose DeWitt
Bukater (played by Kate Winslet), a beautiful but unhappy first-class passenger, and
Jack Dawson (played by Leonardo DiCaprio), a charming and poor third-class
passenger. Despite their different social backgrounds, the two fall deeply in love during
the voyage. However, their love is challenged by the ship’s impending disaster, which
ultimately leads to their tragic separation.

I first watched Titanic when I was a teenager, and I have been captivated by its story
ever since. The film’s epic scale, beautiful cinematography, and unforgettable
performances by the lead actors have left a lasting impression on me. Besides, the
movie’s historical context and attention to detail make it a fascinating and educational
experience.

But beyond the film’s technical brilliance, it is the story of Jack and Rose’s love that
makes Titanic my favorite movie. Their relationship is a timeless tale of two people
from different worlds finding love in the most unlikely of places. Despite the many
obstacles in their path, they are willing to risk everything for their love, even their own
lives. This is what makes their story so compelling and emotional, and it resonates
with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

Titanic is my favorite movie because of its beautiful love story, stunning

cinematography, and historical significance. The film’s ability to transport audiences to
a different time and place and evoke powerful emotions is truly remarkable. Titanic is
a true masterpiece that has stood the test of time and will continue to captivate
audiences for generations to come.

Bài mẫu 3: John Wick

John Wick is my favorite movie of all time. Released in 2014, the film stars Keanu
Reeves as the titular character, a retired hitman who sets out to seek vengeance on
the Russian mobsters who killed his beloved dog.

The story begins with John Wick mourning the death of his wife and receiving a final
gift from her, a beagle puppy named Daisy. When the son of a Russian mafia boss
breaks into John’s house, steals his car and kills Daisy, John is filled with rage and
vows to seek revenge. John’s search for vengeance takes him on a violent journey
through New York City’s criminal underworld, where he takes on hordes of ruthless
assassins with his unmatched combat skills and sheer determination.

I watched John Wick for the first time shortly after its release, and I have watched it
numerous times since then. I am continually drawn to the film’s intense action scenes,
which are choreographed to perfection, and Keanu Reeves’ excellent portrayal of
John Wick, a man who is both deadly and empathetic. The film’s stunning
cinematography and exceptional sound design also add to its appeal, making it an
unforgettable cinematic experience.

What sets John Wick apart from other action movies is its unique blend of style and
substance. Beneath the fast-paced action and violence, the film explores themes of
loyalty, revenge, and redemption. The character of John Wick is complex and layered,
and the audience is given a glimpse into his past and the reasons behind his actions.
Moreover, the film’s supporting cast, including Ian McShane and Willem Dafoe, deliver
fantastic performances, elevating the movie beyond just a simple action flick. John
Wick is a movie that has everything, a great story, breathtaking action, and exceptional
acting, making it an instant classic.

In short, John Wick is my favorite movie because it has all the elements of a great
action movie while also exploring deeper themes. Its unique blend of style and
substance, combined with Keanu Reeves’ outstanding performance, makes it a
cinematic masterpiece that I never tire of watching.

Bài mẫu 4: Finding Nemo

Finding Nemo is undoubtedly my favorite movie. It is an animated adventure film
produced by Pixar Animation Studios and directed by Andrew Stanton. The movie was
released in 2003, and I have watched it countless times since then.
The story of Finding Nemo revolves around a young clownfish named Nemo, who is
captured by a scuba diver and taken to a fish tank in a dentist’s office. Nemo’s father,
Marlin, sets out on a perilous journey to find his son, with the help of a forgetful blue
tang named Dory. Along the way, they encounter a host of fascinating sea creatures,
including sharks, turtles, and pelicans. The movie’s message is about the importance
of family, the power of determination, and the beauty of the ocean.

I first watched Finding Nemo when I was a child, and it quickly became a source of
comfort for me. The vibrant colors, the memorable characters, and the heartwarming
story captured my imagination and stayed with me long after the movie had ended.
As I grew older, I continued to appreciate the movie’s themes and the way it tackled
complex issues in a way that was accessible to all ages.

There are many reasons why Finding Nemo is my favorite movie. For one, the
animation is simply stunning. The underwater world that Pixar created is breathtaking,
with intricate details that make it feel like a real place. Additionally, the voice acting is
superb, with performances by Albert Brooks, Ellen DeGeneres, and Willem Dafoe that
bring the characters to life in a way that is both humorous and heartfelt. Finally, the
movie’s message about the importance of family and the power of perseverance is
something that resonates with me on a personal level. No matter how many times I
watch Finding Nemo, I am always moved by the story and the way it reminds me of
the importance of never giving up.

Bài mẫu Part 3:

1. Are movie stars important to a movie?
Yes, movie stars play an important role in a movie. Movie stars bring recognition,
popularity, and often a loyal fan following to a film, which can help generate interest
and increase ticket sales. Movie stars also bring their acting skills, experience, and
talent to a movie, enhancing the overall quality of the film. Their star power can also
attract funding and investment for the movie, making it financially viable. Additionally,
movie stars often play a key role in the marketing and promotion of the movie, which
can significantly impact its success.

2. Are foreign movies popular in Vietnam?

Yes, foreign movies are pretty popular in Vietnam. Vietnamese audiences have shown
a growing interest in foreign movies, particularly from Hollywood and other countries
with well-established film industries. Foreign movies offer Vietnamese audiences
diverse genres, stories, and cultural perspectives that may differ from what is
commonly seen in local Vietnamese cinema. The availability of foreign movies with
subtitles or dubbing in Vietnamese also makes them accessible to a wider audience.
The popularity of foreign movies in Vietnam is evident from the box office success of
many international films released in Vietnamese cinemas and the increasing number
of foreign movie festivals and events in the country.

3. Why do you think people like watching films?

People like watching films for various reasons. Firstly, films provide a form of escapism,
allowing audiences to immerse themselves in fictional worlds or stories that can
entertain, inspire, or emotionally move them. Films also serve as a medium for
storytelling, conveying powerful messages, ideas, and perspectives that can provoke
thought and stimulate emotions. Moreover, films offer visual and auditory experiences
that can be visually stunning, acoustically appealing, and intellectually stimulating.
Films can also bring people together, providing a shared experience that can be
enjoyed with friends, family, or communities. Additionally, films can provide insight into
different cultures, lifestyles, and experiences, broadening people’s horizons and
increasing cultural understanding.

4. Is making films a waste of money?

No, making films is not necessarily a waste of money. While filmmaking can involve
substantial financial investments, it can also be a lucrative industry that generates
significant revenue through ticket sales, box office earnings, merchandise, and other
revenue streams. Films can create jobs, stimulate economic growth, and contribute to
the cultural and creative industries. Moreover, films can have a lasting impact on
society, influencing attitudes, shaping narratives, and reflecting the values and beliefs
of a particular time or culture. However, it is important for filmmakers to carefully
manage budgets, prioritize creative storytelling, and ensure responsible financial
practices to mitigate potential risks and maximize the potential return on investment.

5. As the technology for home viewing improves, do you think people will stop
going to the cinema in the future?
While advancements in technology for home viewing may impact the cinema industry,
it is unlikely that people will stop going to the cinema entirely in the future. Going to the
cinema offers a unique experience that cannot be replicated at home, such as the
communal experience of watching a film with an audience, the immersive large-screen
format, and the enhanced sound quality. Cinemas also provide opportunities for
socializing, special events, and exclusive releases that cannot be replicated at home.
Additionally, the cinema industry has shown resilience and adaptability in the face of
changing technologies, constantly innovating to enhance the cinematic experience and
attract audiences. It is likely that the cinema industry will continue to evolve and coexist
with home viewing options, offering a variety of experiences for moviegoers.
6. Is it important that a country has its own movies?
Yes, it is highly important for a country to have its own movies. Local films are vital for
preserving and promoting a country’s culture, providing job opportunities for local
talent, promoting cross-cultural understanding, and enhancing a country’s soft power
on the global stage. They serve as a reflection of a nation’s identity, values, and artistic
expression, contributing to the overall socio-cultural and economic development of the
country.

7. Do you think films have changed since you were a child? How?
Yes, films have undergone significant changes since I was a child. Advancements in
technology have revolutionized visual effects and storytelling techniques. Moreover,
societal shifts have influenced the themes, representations, and diversity in films, with
more emphasis on inclusivity, representation, and social issues. Films today are more
dynamic, diverse, and reflective of the changing times, offering a broader range of
perspectives and narratives compared to when I was a child.

V. Personal Inspiration
 Role model for perseverance: Inspires me to pursue dreams.
Bài mẫu Part 2:
Sơn Tùng MTP, a fantastic singer in Viet Nam, is the star I most look up to. In addition
to being one of the best-known singers in my nation, he also acts as a director for his
own entertainment company, where he hires up-and-coming rappers, lyricists, and
producers.

When I was initially exposed to his work five years ago, I was immediately taken by his
distinctive sound and charismatic stage presence. Every performance Sơn Tùng has
ever given on stage is second nature to him, and he can quickly and effortlessly switch
between various styles. He may either be a cute, adorable youngster or a dashing
gentleman. As a result of his consistent effort over many years, he has become the
first Vietnamese artist to crack the top five male artists with the highest streamer MV
for 24 hours in Asia, and he has a vast catalog of songs that consistently perform well
and break every music record in Viet Nam. These include songs like “Lac Troi,” “Em
cua ngay hom qua”, “Chung ta cua hien tai”.

Compared to the other male artists that emerged in the same year, Sơn Tùng stands
out most to me because of his dedication and enthusiasm for music, as seen by his
habit of regularly incorporating novel elements into his live performances. His
admirers have always been impressed by the originality of his ideas. The extraordinary
musical intellect with which he plays has also floored me. Because of his exceptional
sensitivity to rhythm, he can follow the music beat by beat and even dance to it.

Although there have been several tabloids and anti-fans publishing negative
information about him. Despite this, Son Tung continues to work hard to advance in
his chosen field. For this reason alone, I find myself an avid supporter of his work. I
look at Son Tung as my role model as he inspires me to keep persevering and never
give up on my hopes and dreams.

Từ vựng:
 look up to: ngưỡng mộ
 up-and-coming (adj): mới nổi
 lyricist (n): người viết lời nhạc
 charismatic (adj): lôi cuốn
 dashing (adj): bảnh bao
 crack the top: lọt vào top
 incorporating novel elements: lồng ghép yếu tố mới lạ
 floored (v): say mê
 tabloids (n): báo lá cải

Bài mẫu Part 3:

1. What kind of students who are popular at school?
Most of the popular kids, in my opinion, are the ones who are physically bigger than
their peers (particularly the men), who hang out with people several years older than
them, and who routinely engage in activities that are inappropriate for their age group.
They were permitted to go to the mall or the movies by themselves when they were in
the first grade. They would be the first in their group to try out hair color, cosmetics,
and piercings. When they were in middle school, they began hanging out with high
school students and drinking and smoking. They had their own automobiles, drove
themselves to school, and skipped classes whenever they pleased as high school
students.

2. What kind of person is popular with their colleagues at work?

In my experience, the individuals most likely to achieve their professional goals are
those with lofty aspirations. When you collaborate with a visionary person, you get the
sense that you are a part of something bigger than yourself. This is because visionaries
tend to think in decades rather than days or weeks, and they have a very distinct idea
of what they want to accomplish with their lives. The notion that a visible remembrance
of your team’s work will exist long after you have passed away is one of the greatest
pleasures that can be experienced in this life.

3. Should a boss be popular at work?

If I were an employee, I don’t think it would be in anyone’s best interest for me to work
for a famous person because I don’t think it would be good for morale. Because being
taken seriously, being polite, and being professional are all requirements for climbing
the corporate ladder to become the boss. I like working under tough and demanding
bosses because it forces me to learn from my errors and strive to do better to satisfy
my employer. This may seem like a harsh statement, but it’s true. In addition, a
celebrity boss is sometimes clouded by his or her notoriety, which leads them to
making bad judgments at work or with their employees.

4. What are the disadvantages of being popular in school?

Having to contend with “pretenders,” or high school kids who seem as if they are your
friends but are really just interested in your popularity, is, in my opinion, the aspect of
being popular in high school that is the most aggravating. Someone with a public profile
may never learn who really has their back. On the other hand, hardly a single person
has ever been brave enough to tell that well-liked friend the truth. The famous person
always has a group of yes men (or yes ladies) around them, who are not a valuable
source of advice or fresh ideas. Their “friends” will never offer them honest or logical
advice; instead, they will only ever tell them what they think you want to hear.

Describe a friend from your childhood

Describe a friend from your childhood.

You should say:
 Who this person is?
 How did you become friends with this person?
 What kinds of things do you like to do with this person?
Explain why you like him/her.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

The fantastic thing about friendship is how it may change and improve each person’s
life. I, too, have been endowed with a superb set of pals throughout my life, especially
in my younger years. Many individuals who were that close to me come to mind, but
Tam stands out as the closest.
For a large portion of my childhood, he was my best friend. We initially met when I
was six years old. He lived just down the street from us in the same neighborhood. On
the first day of kindergarten, I made his acquaintance. I had been strolling about
aimlessly when he approached me and inquired whether I was a local. When we did
end up talking, we uncovered a great deal of common ground. They hit it off
immediately and became good friends for the next 10 years until his family moved
across the country.

Our ideas and passions were entirely congruent. We had a passion for many different
activities, including, but not limited to, video gaming, comic book collecting, animation,
and literature. There was a period when we did almost everything together, from going
to class to playing sports. We also spent much time in each other’s homes, playing
and doing homework.

It was our shared goal to enter the field of teaching as professionals someday. We had
the same taste in everything from food to dressings. This bond meant so much to me
that I frequently considered him more of a brother than a friend. Of all the youngsters
in the area, he was the one I spent the most time with. No one else was there except
him. One of the best parts is that I still cherish and remember the times we spent
together.

Từ vựng:
 initially (adv): lần đầu tiên
 acquaintance (n): người quen
 strolling (v): đi dạo
 aimlessly (adv): không có mục đích
 common ground: điểm chung
 congruent (adj): phù hợp
 the same taste: chung sở thích
 bond (n): mối liên kết, liên hệ, sự gắn kết

Bài mẫu Part 3:

1. Why should young children have friends from childhood?
Having childhood pals is an excellent approach for children to discover the world and
themselves. Children’s social, cognitive, linguistic, and emotional development is
considerably facilitated by their interactions during preschool and early school. In
addition, the benefits of having a friend as a child are identical to those of having a
friend as an adult.
Developing good friendships may benefit a child’s sense of belonging, security, and
capacity to manage stress. According to child psychologists, having friends as a
youngster facilitates enjoyment and adaptation to new settings.

2. Why should we have friends?

I feel that everyone needs friends since a friend is someone who shares your values
or hobbies. Friends, as companions in our search for a meaningful life, help us avoid
emotions of isolation and loneliness. They may provide us with emotional support, wise
advice, or encouragement to pursue our hobbies and objectives in times of need. In a
nutshell, having excellent friends benefits our mental health and life satisfaction.
As professionals and people, we establish relationships with others. Additionally, it is
feasible that these links may deepen with time. Depending on where we attend college
or work, we may have the chance to make some temporary friends. Regardless of
where you meet your lifelong closest friends, you will always have each other forever.

3. Is having a few good friends better than many friends?

I feel it is preferable to have a few close pals, whether you are an introvert or an
extrovert. The reality is that you cannot be close and intimate with every friend you
make. By having many friends, many individuals build connections, yet most, if not all,
of these ties, are superficial. What advantage is it to be surrounded by many people if
they don’t know you, your objectives, your hobbies, and other things?
Also, would you feel cared for if you have many friends but cannot form meaningful
connections with even a few? I believe that being surrounded by numerous people is
enticing, yet it is possible to feel lonely in a busy environment!

4. What is it like not to have friends in your childhood?

It is not a pleasant sensation in any way. When you’re a youngster, you want to be
loved, but you don’t have the means to stand up for yourself when you’re
uncomfortable. The realization that one does not belong, coupled with the observation
that other children are congregating without including oneself, is a very upsetting
experience. You go through life believing that you are an oddball who does not deserve
anyone’s affection or attention. You would assume that someone with this kind of
history would have thicker skin, but in my experience, it didn’t work out that way.

5. Why is it easier to talk to friends rather than your family?

I believe that your pals can grasp the term understanding much better than your family
ever could. Friends and family are two distinct types of relationships, so please
understand how I describe them. To be more particular, a family, like parents, cannot
conceive of things that are difficult to comprehend based on their comprehension. I’m
not implying that families lack this role, but they do have expectations and need specific
demonstrations.
It may be compared to a mother wishing for her daughter to continue the family tradition
of having three children. On the other hand, a friend will always express support for
you if they are a good friend. In addition, friends are less judgemental than family
members. They have no preconceived assumptions about you despite having lived
with you for many years.

Describe a time when you saw a lot of plastic waste.

You should say:
 Where and when did you see the plastic waste?
 Why was there a lot of plastic waste?
 What did you do after you saw it?
And explain what your thoughts were about this.

Dàn bài:
I. Introduction
 Pollution levels are currently at their highest.
 Various factors contribute, including driving habits, tree cutting, and plastic
overuse.
II. The problem of plastic trash
 Plastic trash accumulation is a global issue.
 Consuming plastic is hazardous due to poisonous compounds.
III. Personal experience encountering plastic trash
 Trip to Vung Tau with friends, anticipating Long Hai beach.
 Disappointment at the sight of littered plastic items.
 Noticing careless trash disposal and lack of recycling.
 Negative impact on marine life.
 Participation in beach cleanup efforts.
IV. Importance of collective responsibility
 Everyone has a role in keeping the environment clean.
 Proper trash disposal using designated receptacles.
 Government intervention to ban plastic manufacturing and enforce penalties
for littering.
 Advocacy for measures to reduce widespread plastic usage.
V. Conclusion
 Reflection on witnessing an abundance of plastic trash.
 Call to take action against pollution and plastic waste.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

The current level of pollution is unquestionably the highest it has ever been.
Numerous factors contribute to this problem, including people’s penchant for driving
alone and in large groups, tree cutting, and plastic overuse. The accumulation of
plastic trash has become an international problem. Since plastic trash contains
poisonous compounds, eating them is a bad idea for several reasons. Here, I’d like
to share a story about when I encountered a great deal of plastic trash.

About four years ago, during my final summer break, several of my closest friends and
I took a trip to Vung Tau. We saw a lot during our time there, but Long Hai beach was
the one I was most looking forward to seeing since I had heard such positive things
about it. All across the beach were empty plastic water bottles, food wrappers, and
polythene bags when we visited. I felt terrible about it since the beach is such a
popular tourist attraction that visitors travel from all around to enjoy its splendor. People
seem careless with their trash and bottle recycling, as well. That’s the primary reason
why the beach is so dirty, in my opinion. The effects on marine life were similarly
harmful. We also saw beach cleanup efforts by a group of volunteers. As good citizens,
we figured we should pitch in and help them clean the beach, too. We were there for
over a whole afternoon and did everything we could to aid.

Keeping the environment clean should be everyone’s job, in my opinion. Instead of

discarding trash on the sidewalks and roadways, we need to utilize trash cans.
Furthermore, the government should prohibit plastic manufacturing and implement
penalties for litterers. In my opinion, measures should be taken to limit the
widespread usage of plastic. Because of this, I saw an abundance of plastic trash at
this time.

 unquestionably (adv): chắc chắn là
 factors (n): nhân tố

1. How can we reduce our use of plastic?
In my view, stopping the introduction of new plastics into the environment is the most
effective way to lessen our reliance on plastic products. The two most efficient methods
are outlined below. The first is to limit our usage of disposable plastics. shopping using
reusable bags and purchasing vegetables and bulk items in canning jars and other
reusable containers. The second is to replace several personal care items packaged
in plastic with eco-friendly & plastic-free alternatives and progressively phase out your
usage of single-use throwaway goods in favor of reusable ones.

2. What kinds of plastic waste are often seen in your country?

Based on my own experience, I can say that some forms of plastic trash are more
prevalent than others. Though I’m not sure, I’d guess that food wrappers, plastic
containers, plastic shopping bags, plastic straws, and plastic stirrers would be the most
prevalent. Every day, many people utilize these items without giving much thought to
their ultimate fate. Also, home appliances are a category of merchandise that deserves
some attention. Modern industrial technology has allowed for more efficient production
methods, allowing these appliances to be marketed at affordable prices.

3. Why do people like to use plastic products?

People like utilizing plastics and creating them instead of other materials because
plastics have huge advantages over other materials, including its low cost, reusability,
its ease of use, and its low toxicity. Also, Plastics are used extensively because they
are long-lasting and resistant to deterioration from both physical and chemical sources.
The plastics industry is also linked to the fossil fuel and coal sectors. These
businesses’ broad growth and shallow entry barriers make plastic a highly
advantageous material.

Whenever I go on a trip to an unfamiliar place, I always look forward to trying something
new. Something new might be anything, from a dish to an activity to a style of clothing.
I will never forget our two weeks of skiing in New Zealand on my vacation.

At that time, there was a wide variety of things to do. My cousin and I decided to give
skiing a try. For both of us, it was uncharted territory. Treble Cone has the most
significant vertical drop in the Southern Lakes, the longest groomed runs, the best
off-piste terrain, and the best vistas; therefore, we’ve decided to head there.

We got our skis on and were off and running. It was more complex than either of us
expected, especially given our lack of regular exercise. When I initially made a
particular green run on my playground, it seemed like heaven. I felt like a beginner all
over again when I upgraded to blue runs, and the unpredictable snow conditions further
added to my anxiety. I felt out of place when I transitioned from learning on snow to
groomed slopes. The time it took me to get from green to blue was far longer than the
time it took me to go from blue to black, and I remember feeling well-prepared for my
first black run. It wasn’t until I became more active, adding speed to more prolonged
and steeper runs, that I found the activity to be physically challenging. I’m now
attempting to master them, which involves a lot of failure due to my extreme
incompetence.

What we went through is beyond my ability to put into words. This learning opportunity
was invaluable. A fantastic panorama of mountains could be seen. Despite its initially
harsh nature, it was the sweetest experience I’ve ever experienced. In the future, I will
most definitely do it again.

Bài mẫu Part 3:

1. What outdoor activities are popular in Vietnam?
Outdoor activities such as jogging, sports, swimming, camping, and other similar
pursuits are popular in Vietnam. In recent years, I’ve seen a growing number of
Vietnamese people, particularly younger people, develop an interest in trekking.
Trekking has become one of the most popular kinds of active enjoyment in the great
outdoors in recent years. The overwhelming majority of my friends have given it a go,
and they are unanimous in their opinion that it is loads of fun and beneficial to your
health. In addition, it will assist us in re-establishing our connection with the natural
world and our balance with Mother Nature.

2. Are those people who like dangerous activities more likely to be successful?
Regarding whether or not a person with a propensity for risky activities would do better
in life than their peers, I believe the answer depends on a number of factors other than
their interests. People who engage in dangerous activities are not typically the kind to
cower in the face of hardship, and they will always be grateful for the chance to learn
something new and try something different. This can be seen from a more
psychological perspective. Some people, especially those with a fearless attitude, are
better able to embrace opportunities with speed and confidence, hence increasing their
chances of success.

3. Do you think it’s better for people to change jobs when there are new
chances?
In certain circumstances, I believe the old one is superior to the new one. When it
comes to making changes in one’s line of work, one of the things that I will always
stress is the importance of giving careful thought to one’s options and coming to well-
informed decisions. This is because moving on to a new job does not always mean
more opportunities and rewards than the old one. Choosing a new career is a
significant decision, much more so than selecting a new movie or an item; nonetheless,
this choice is the one that ultimately determines whether or not you will be able to
provide for yourself and the people who are important to you in your life.

4. Should young people try as many new activities as possible?

Because I like living life on the edge, I agree with this point of view. Why not make the
most of your youth by engaging in activities you enjoy and venturing out of your comfort
zone? Both your body and your time are still considered to be on the younger side.
Besides, as young people get more life experience, they will acquire a tremendous
amount of new knowledge, fresh creativity, and new perspectives. This may benefit
them in the future, both in their professional and personal lives. Plus, they can have a
long and prosperous life, or at the very least, something interesting to pass on to their
offspring.

5. What kinds of places are good for outdoor activities?

For an outdoor activity, I don’t believe it matters where you do it as long as you’re doing
it outdoors where it’s cool. You may bust out some moves on your front porch, in the
middle of a vacant street, or even on the roof terrace of your house. In addition, if you
want to participate in sporting activities, you will need to travel to stadiums or, at least,
locations with sufficient sporting equipment and playgrounds that have been mainly
developed for the activity in question. People in Vietnam are known to socialize on the
country’s numerous empty lots, where they go for walks, play games, and engage in
conversation with one another.

6. Do young people do the same outdoor activities as old people do nowadays?

I believe that it is essential for people to interact with one another over food during
times of celebration since food is at the center of every gathering. People can preserve
the cultural values handed down from generation to generation by continuing the
centuries-old practice of preparing and dining on traditional foods at essential events.
And since the bonds that may form between individuals thanks to sharing a meal are
just too valuable to ignore, the holidays are ideal opportunities for getting together with
friends and family and other social gatherings.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

There’s no ignoring that many of the abilities we develop in school pave the way for
rapid personal development.

Despite my many academic accomplishments, there is one ability that I picked up

without ever leaving the safety and security of my own house. Lockdown was
implemented bythe powers that be in 2022 due to the coronavirus. For something to
do when I was home alone, I chose to educate myself in the art of cooking.

My first problem is that I have to look up course phrases on the internet since I cannot
go to school or any other study facility due to the current pandemic. But after doing
some math, I determined that the cost of online classes would be too high for my
budget, so I opted instead to study using the YouTube platform. Friends, celebrities,
and food-focused video providers on YouTube were my teachers in the kitchen. And
I think I’ve learned a lot about food, spices, and ingredients and honed a few more
culinary skills in only a few weeks. Furthermore, I assisted my mother in the kitchen
in several ways at the peak of the COVID pandemic.

This knowledge was crucial because, first and foremost, it allowed me to better
manage my time. And secondly, I want to pursue graduate studies in a foreign country.
This information will allow me to enjoy my favorite meals whenever and wherever I
choose. The sensation was incredible. After acquiring this knowledge, everything
became less complicated. I may immediately start preparing mouthwatering treats for
my loved ones.

As a result of my newfound knowledge, I was able to assist my mother in caring for

the family’s other members during the COVID outbreak, and I anticipate that this
knowledge will be helpful in the future as I prepare to study in Canada.

Bài mẫu Part 3:
1. What can children learn from their parents?
It is common knowledge that children are tiny replicas of their parents; hence, children
continuously learn from and model their parents’ behaviors. They may learn how to
behave, talk, live, and even eat from their parents, and as a consequence, they will
create their own unique identities. In addition, children mature and advance as a direct
result of the instruction they receive from their parents. As a result, whether children
grow up to be good or bad is mainly contingent on how their parents instruct them and
serve as a positive or negative role model for them.

2. Is it necessary for adults to learn new things?

Yes, without a doubt. The pursuit of knowledge is something that should never end, in
my view. Investing in one’s intellectual growth is, in my experience, equivalent to
investing in one’s physical and mental health. As a result, we have a clearer sense of
who we are and what we stand for. It raises our spirits and makes us feel successful.
Job and life ups and downs are frequent. Investing in our education is one way we can
assist ourselves so that we are ready to face life’s difficulties.

3. Do you think young people can learn new things faster than old people?
I agree with this statement. Young adults have a better time picking up on and making
adjustments to novel situations. Some reasons why children and teenagers pick up
new information more quickly than adults are as follows. To start, they are more
adaptable to change since they are less set in their ways than their elders. Second,
kids have a greater capacity to undergo the adjustments necessary to learn anything
new since their minds and bodies are still developing and evolving. Finally, younger
people have a more positive outlook on education than older generations. They are
more open to new experiences and knowledge, whereas older generations frequently
view school with dread or indifference.

also have a large window that provides plenty of natural light and allows me to wake
up to a stunning view of the city. One of the most important features of my dream

Bài mẫu Part 3:

1. Do you think it’s better to rent or to buy a place to live in?
In my opinion, whether to rent or buy a place to live depends on an individual’s
circumstances. If someone is planning to live in a place for a short period of time, then
renting might be a better option as it provides more flexibility. However, if someone is
looking for a long-term investment and stability, then buying a property would be a
better choice. It also depends on one’s financial situation and the housing market in
the area.

2. Do you agree that there is a right age for young adults to stop living with their
parents?
I believe that there is no right age for young adults to stop living with their parents. It
depends on various factors such as financial stability, cultural norms, and personal
preference. In some cultures, it is common for young adults to live with their parents
until they get married, while in others, they move out as soon as they can support
themselves. I think as long as young adults are contributing to their household and are
not dependent on their parents, it is up to them to decide when to move out.

3. Why don’t some people care about how their home looks?
Some people may not care about how their home looks because they prioritize other
things in their lives. For example, someone may be too busy with work or taking care
of their family to focus on home décor. Others may not have the financial means to
invest in their home’s appearance. Additionally, some people may simply have
different aesthetic preferences or do not place a high value on home aesthetics.
However, I believe that having a well-maintained and visually appealing home can
have a positive impact on one’s mental health and overall well-being.

Bài mẫu Part 3:

1. What qualities, according to you, are required for any person to be admired?
In my opinion, there are several qualities that make a person admirable. First and
foremost is integrity. A person who is honest and ethical in their dealings with others
will always be respected and admired. Additionally, a person who is compassionate,
empathetic, and caring towards others is also highly regarded. Courage,
determination, and resilience are other qualities that are greatly admired in individuals.
A person who takes risks, faces challenges head-on, and bounces back from setbacks
is seen as a role model. Lastly, a person who is selfless and dedicated to a noble
purpose is also highly respected and admired by others.

2. Do you think people who are famous are more admired than others?
While it is true that famous people often have a large fan following and receive a lot of
attention, I don’t believe that fame is a guarantee of admiration. In fact, I think that
admiration is more often earned through one’s actions and character than by their
celebrity status. There are many individuals who are not famous but are still widely
admired for their contributions to society or their personal achievements. Likewise,
there are many famous people who may be admired for their talent or
accomplishments, but may not necessarily be respected or admired for their behavior
or character.

3. Do you think it is important for everyone to have a role model?

I believe that having a role model can be very beneficial for individuals, particularly
young people who are still developing their values and sense of self. A positive role
model can provide inspiration and guidance, helping individuals set goals, develop
good habits, and make wise choices. Role models can also help individuals to cultivate
qualities such as integrity, compassion, and perseverance, which are essential for
success in both personal and professional life. However, it’s important to note that not
all role models are created equal, and individuals should choose their role models
carefully, based on their values and aspirations.

I would like to talk about a memorable meal I enjoyed at Sushi Hokkaido, a renowned
Japanese restaurant located in Ho Chi Minh City. It was an extraordinary dining
experience that left a lasting impression on me.

The moment I stepped into Sushi Hokkaido, I was captivated by its elegant ambiance,
reminiscent of an authentic Japanese eatery. The restaurant was beautifully
decorated with traditional Japanese motifs, creating a serene and welcoming
atmosphere.

As a sushi enthusiast, I couldn’t resist ordering their signature omakase menu, which
is a chef’s selection of the freshest and most exquisite sushi delicacies. Each piece
was meticulously prepared and beautifully presented, showcasing the artistry and
precision of Japanese culinary traditions. From delicate slices of melt-in-your-mouth
toro to perfectly seasoned nigiri, every bite was a symphony of flavors.

I was fortunate to have my close friends join me on this culinary adventure. We shared
laughter, stories, and the joy of discovering new flavors together. The friendly and
knowledgeable staff at Sushi Hokkaido added to the warmth of the experience. They
patiently explained each dish, highlighting the unique qualities of the ingredients and
the chef’s expertise.

What made this meal truly exceptional was the combination of the restaurant’s
attention to detail, the quality of the food, and the pleasant company. It was a
gastronomic journey that delighted my senses and transported me to the heart of
Japan. The passion and dedication of the chefs, along with the authentic flavors of the
dishes, made me appreciate the artistry and beauty of Japanese cuisine even more.
In conclusion, the meal I enjoyed at Sushi Hokkaido in Ho Chi Minh City was a

cuisine all contributed to making it an unforgettable dining occasion.

Describe an impressive English lesson you had and enjoyed.

You should say:
 What it was about
 When you had it
 What the teacher did
And why you enjoyed the lesson.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

An English lesson where we got to engage in an activity is one of my most memorable
experiences from high school. I decided to attend English classes since I believed I
could greatly improve my language skills by doing so. I needed assistance, and my
aunt happens to be an online English teacher, so I could stay up with the rest of my
class. Video chats were the primary means of communication between us, and I was
mostly informed of her expectations and provided with course materials via electronic
mail. At first, I had my doubts about the new teaching method and wondered whether
it could really be any good. The lesson, however, went off without a hitch because of
her meticulous teaching.

Though I was able to broaden my horizons in many ways, the one area where I felt
most depleted was politics. I learned a lot of new words, and we went over certain
grammatical points that could have been unclear at first, such as inversion and
articles. She modified her teaching style to accommodate my knowledge, and I was
able to take in the whole lesson. She anticipated my impending boredom and made
sure her lecture was packed with engaging activities and stimulating discussion. At the
end of the presentation, I was given a quick quiz to test my knowledge.

The level of engagement in my online course has been what has kept me interested.
It’s been said that students and teachers have less face-to-face time due to online
education, but I disagree. When I finally felt comfortable in class, I started contributing
more to the conversations. Online learning is more efficient than classroom instruction
and also saves money.
Từ vựng:
 broaden my horizons: mở rộng tầm mắt
 depleted (adj): kiệt quệ, mệt mỏi
 inversion (n): đảo ngữ
 modified (v): sửa đổi, điều chỉnh
 efficient (adj): hiệu quả

1. Why do people learn foreign languages?
I believe there are many advantages to studying a second language, and here are just
a few: First, the development of Alzheimer’s, vascular dementia, and morbus may all
be slowed by maintaining a dual-language proficiency and using it on a regular
basis. Additionally, learning a new language helps improve problem-solving abilities
by increasing the number of individuals with whom you can talk. This is especially
helpful when traveling internationally. In particular, it broadens your horizons by
exposing you to other points of view and knowledge. On occasion, the need for
translation means that you may have access to material that is not covered by the
media in your original language or is reported only after the facts. It’s also useful for
spotting mistakes in translated texts.

2. Why are some people able to learn languages easily?

Teachers in general, and language teachers in particular, need to meet specific
requirements before they can be considered “good.” Of course, first and foremost, one
must have extensive experience and a high level of education. It’s commonly stated
that “a teacher is only as good as his knowledge is”. Although formal education is not
always required for employment, certifications and degrees are essential in the fields
of teaching and training. In addition, the ability to communicate effectively is crucial. If
one is an eloquent and convincing speaker, he would be able to deliver his teachings
with greater outcomes. Last but not least, a strong sense of humor may be of great aid
to catching students’ attention and interest.

3. Grammar or vocabulary, which is more important when learning foreign

languages?
In my opinion, it is just as important to focus on grammar as it is to study vocabulary
and pronunciation in order to become fluent in a language. However, in the very early
stages of language learning, familiarizing oneself with sound and pronunciation seems
to be more successful than focusing on grammar. Think about how a young kid might
go about learning a new language. Simply by repeating the sounds they hear, they get
familiar with the language and eventually learn it.

4. What makes a good foreign language teacher?

One of the most fascinating aspects of teaching is seeing students as they go from
linguistic neophytes to confident users of a foreign tongue; this is a journey that may
be both personally and professionally fulfilling. There is no doubt that educators have
a significant impact on their students’ worldviews, from the earliest years of school
when they introduce students to new cultures and countries to the senior year of high
school when they discuss the complexities of life in another country through a foreign
language. Another explanation is that today’s language classrooms are far removed
from the stuffy lecture halls of yesteryear, with their rote recitations and individual
memorization, and instead are vibrant, interactive hubs of student-led learning.
Teachers of foreign languages now use the Internet and their global networks of
colleagues to go beyond textbooks and into the world of social media, online pen pals,
blogs, and interactive message boards.

Describe a Person You Know Who is From a Different Culture.

You should say:
 Who he/she is
 Where he/she is from
 How you knew him/her
And explain how you feel about him/her.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

I am pleased to be a Vietnamese citizen since my country is home to individuals of all
ethnicities and religions who coexist peacefully. I’m going to discuss one of my
Facebook friends who is from the western region of Vietnam, despite the fact that I
know individuals from a variety of cultures. In actuality, his name is Danh, and he is of
Khmer ethnicity. Since we originally linked on Facebook around four years ago, we
have become really close friends. We conversed often but had never met in person. I
had the wonderful fortune to finally meet him in person around two months ago when
he traveled to Saigon for a business meeting and stayed at my flat for seven
consecutive days.

We enjoyed one another’s company and had lively chats about the cultures of our
respective countries. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that West Vietnam has a
diversified and tasty cuisine culture. For example, white or sticky rice comprises the
majority of a traditional Khmer meal. I was absolutely unaware of it. In fish sauce, a
popular condiment, the sourness of tamarind and the spiciness of pepper, garlic,
lemongrass, Chile, and curry are two of the most noticeable tastes. As a bonus, he told
me that the dietary habits of southern India varied greatly from those of the rest of
Vietnam.

I thought the importance of the festivals in the religious life of the Khmer people to be
the most interesting. This is due to the fact that many people’s religious and cultural
customs revolve on the celebrations. Each year, the Khmer people in the southwest
celebrate around 15 separate festivals. Ten of these festivities are uniquely Buddhist
and are held by monks on the temple grounds. Two sorts of festivities may be
distinguished in Khmer culture: ethnic celebrations and religious celebrations.
Although the origins of ethnic holidays lie in people’s daily lives and labors, religious
elements have been more integrated into them through time.

The fact that he respects the rules and values of all faiths and cultures made me
extremely pleased. Aside from this, he is a very plain and humble individual. He is not
only intelligent and amusing but also has excellent manners. These are just a few of
his many excellent features. He is the only person from a different culture with whom I
have a close relationship.
Từ vựng:
 ethnicity (n): sắc tộc
 fortune (n): sự may mắn
 consecutive (adj): liên tục, liên tiếp
 condiment (n): nước sốt gia vị
 monks (n): thầy tu
 distinguished (adj): khác biệt
 integrated (adj): hợp nhất, hợp thể

Bài mẫu Part 3:

1. What are the benefits of being different from culture?
Learning about one other’s cultures, customs, and communal challenges is facilitated
by seeing the world through the eyes of individuals from different backgrounds.
Furthermore, it compels us to examine and question the beliefs we have formed about
the ways in which we live, which may lead to tremendous self-improvement. Perhaps
you will have a deeper understanding of your own culture as a result. Experience what
it’s like to be a member of a community other than your own by traveling to new places
and learning about their cultures. It teaches you to appreciate and understand the
values and traditions of individuals from diverse origins, which may facilitate more
meaningful interactions with those from other cultures.

2. Do you usually meet foreigners in your country?

Absolutely yes. In recent years, I have had several interactions with people from other
countries. If you reside in District 2, in particular, you will almost certainly run with
foreigners whenever you are out and about, whether you are bringing your children to
school or just sitting at a sidewalk café with your friends. I am also happy that Vietnam
is familiar to many people from other countries and that they have traveled there.

3. What are the distinctions between encountering foreigners now and then?
Significantly more interactions with people from other countries are taking place now
than in the past. You may now meet people from other countries anywhere and at any
time. One of the reasons for this is also because Vietnam is one of the nations in which
it is worthwhile to live, work, and study. In addition, during the last few years, Vietnam
has made significant strides toward developing its tourism industry, which has resulted
in an increase in the number of tourists from other countries that visit the country.

4. What are the benefits of cosmopolitanism?

The advantage of cosmopolitanism, in my opinion, is that it permits the development
of a community of nations that recognizes the promotion and preservation of human
rights globally as a shared and common duty. Such a community is founded on the
belief that all humans are members of a community of destiny and share universal
human values that transcend the boundaries of nation-states. These values are
unrestrictable by any governmental authority. In this sense, a cosmopolitan human
rights framework establishes norms and ideals that no state may willfully disregard.

Describe an object that you think is beautiful.

You should say:
 What it was
 How you overcame the difficulties
 Whether you got help
And explain how you felt after you succeeded.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

The object I want to talk about is a necklace that I inherited from my grandmother. It’s
a gold necklace with a pendant that’s studded with diamonds and rubies. I think it’s
one of the most beautiful pieces of jewelry I’ve ever seen.

I first saw the necklace when my grandmother passed it down to me a few years ago.
She had always worn it on special occasions, and I remember admiring it as a child.
When she gave it to me, I was thrilled and felt a sense of pride knowing that I was the
next generation to wear it.

The necklace itself is quite delicate, with a fine gold chain and a small pendant that’s
about the size of a quarter. The pendant is in the shape of a flower and has a central
diamond surrounded by smaller rubies in a petal design. The combination of gold,
diamonds, and rubies creates a stunning effect that catches the light beautifully.

I think this necklace is beautiful for several reasons. Firstly, it’s a family heirloom that’s
been passed down through generations, which makes it special to me. Secondly, the
intricate design and combination of gemstones is truly eye-catching and unique. And
finally, the sentimental value that it holds for me makes it even more beautiful.

In conclusion, the necklace that I inherited from my grandmother is an object that I

think is truly beautiful. Its delicate design, combination of gemstones, and sentimental
value make it a precious possession that I cherish.

Từ vựng:
 inherit (v): kế thừa
 pendant (n): mặt dây chuyền
 stud (v): đính
 delicate (adj): tinh xảo
 stunning (adj): tuyệt đẹp
 heirloom (n): vật gia truyền
 intricate (adj): phức tạp
 eye-catching (adj): bắt mắt
 unique (adj): độc đáo
 sentimental (adj): tình cảm
 precious (adj): quý giá
 cherish (v): trân trọng
Bài mẫu Part 3:
1. Do you think there are more beautiful things now than in the past? Why?
I believe there are both more beautiful things and more access to beautiful things now
than in the past. With technological advancements, we have access to a wealth of art,
music, and architecture from different parts of the world that we might not have had
access to before. Additionally, there is greater diversity in the types of art and design
that people create now, so we have more options to choose from. However, I do think
there is a certain charm to the aesthetics of the past that can be difficult to replicate in
the modern age.

2. Where do you think people usually come into contact with beautiful things?
People can come into contact with beautiful things in a variety of places, such as
museums, galleries, parks, gardens, and even their own homes. I think it depends on
the person’s interests and preferences. For example, someone who is interested in art
might seek out museums and galleries to see beautiful paintings and sculptures, while
someone who loves nature might visit national parks and gardens to see beautiful
landscapes and plants.

3. What beautiful scenery spots are there in your country?

One of Vietnam’s most significant beautiful scenery spots is Ha Long Bay. It’s a
UNESCO World Heritage site known for its emerald waters and towering limestone
islands. The unique landscape, with its countless islets rising out of the sea, creates a
breathtaking view that’s unlike anything else in the world. Visitors can take a boat tour
to explore the bay and see the limestone formations up close, or simply admire the
view from the shore. Ha Long Bay is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to
Vietnam, and its beauty is truly unforgettable.

4. Why do you think people create beautiful things?

I believe people create beautiful things for a variety of reasons. Some people might
create art as a form of self-expression or as a way to communicate a message to
others. Others might create beautiful things as a way to bring joy and beauty into the
world. There is also the practical aspect of creating beautiful objects that serve a
function, such as furniture or clothing, which can enhance people’s lives in both
aesthetic and functional ways.

5. Do people in your country like to keep beautiful things in their homes?

Yes, I believe people in the UK generally like to keep beautiful things in their homes.
Many people take pride in their homes and enjoy decorating them with beautiful objects
that reflect their personal style and taste. This could include things like paintings,
sculptures, vases, or even textiles and furniture. Additionally, people might also
incorporate natural elements like plants and flowers to add a touch of beauty and
serenity to their living spaces.

6. Do you think people in your country prefer or enjoy music more than art?
They certainly do. People’s lives are significantly improved by the addition of music.
Most people in Vietnam are huge fans of a diverse range of musical styles, including
jazz, pop, rock, and classical music. I would like to bring out the fact that older people
and younger people listen to music differently. Music with a strong rhythm and a quick
tempo is popular among today’s youth, whereas older people prefer music with a more
relaxed tempo. Although art is also a delicate topic for enjoyment, it might be less
accessible than music since art enjoyers must purchase expensive artwork or pay
entrance fees for museums.

7. Does Vietnam have any beautiful scenery?

Absolutely, without a doubt! I am quite proud of the wonderful landscape in Vietnam,
and I am certain in my assertion that our nation has a great deal of gorgeous beauty.
In addition to this, Vietnam is increasingly becoming one of the most popular sites for
tourists from all over the world as a consequence of its limitless supply of stunningly
gorgeous natural scenery. Visitors come from all over the world to see the region’s
white sand beaches, dolomite mountains, and terraced rice terraces because of how
gorgeous the location is.

8. Why do people like to go to places with beautiful scenery?

I think the fundamental reason why people appreciate visiting places with beautiful
landscapes is that it is restful to the mind, body, and spirit to look at the beauty,
especially that which is found in nature. Being in the great outdoors helps us reconnect
with our roots and our most basic selves. This is a useful reminder that we, as humans,
are not apart from the natural world that sustains us. This might be a return to our
caveman ways. Simply said, humans are creatures, just like every other creature.
Mankind has put forth a lot of effort in several areas to separate itself even more from
nature. Breathing fresh air apart from all the man-made steel, concrete, and plastic is
a nice break.

8. When people go to those places (wild places), what is the effect on those
places?
If we think about it from a psychological standpoint, when we take in a breathtaking
view, we feel a certain sense of contentment. The explanation for this is that wildlife is
an extension of ourselves, and when we encounter a wild, massive wildlife landscape,
our brains have a tendency to stop worrying over the numerous problems they have
been thinking over, and for that time, they will be thoughtless. This state is our actual
being, and it is the embodiment of both complete happiness and unconditional love.
Only if we were able to do it without the aid of an external stimulus, such as a gorgeous
setting, would we be able to call it realization. Because physical pleasure, on the other
hand, is accompanied by both suffering and discomfort before and after it is
experienced, this kind of happiness does not result in anguish.

Among my professors at university is a respected elder who has taught me a lot. For
me, he was the epitome of excellence and a model of character.

His name is Loc, and I had him as an instructor for one semester of the Introduction to
Marketing course. Even though he was well into his senior years, he had plenty of
experience in the field and was accepted to this course without any trouble. The
success he has had has won me over, even though my initial doubts about him were
reasonable given his seemingly advanced years. Instead of giving us a textbook
lecture, he will share with us the wisdom he has garnered from his many years of
experience working with customers, implementing marketing campaigns, organizing
large events, and other similar endeavors. In addition, using his vast network, he has
connected several of my friends to reputable institutions.

It was how he delivered the material that stuck with me the most. His thorough
explanations and willingness to share his own experience in the field aroused my
interest in Marketing, a subject I had never given much thought to before. I was able
to succeed in the course and acquire a plethora of information and experience that
would serve me well in my future attempts in the area of marketing because of his
intelligent teaching approach. His honest and extraordinary manner of living was also
a source of inspiration for me, and I’ve begun to embrace some of his practices.
Because of her kind nature, we could always count on her to lend an ear or provide
advice whenever we asked.

It seemed like I could talk to him about anything, like he was a trusted friend. My

of issues, despite having gone on to our own successful jobs.

1. What should old people teach young people?
I believe that the elderly have much to impart to the younger generation. Experiential
learning is one of the most straightforward examples. Even while young people may
seem more dynamic, forward-thinking, and successful than their elders, I am certain
of one thing: they will never have as much life experience as the elderly. The majority
of the things, events, and circumstances that younger people never expect to
encounter have already happened to them. Elderly individuals have more life
experience to impart, and their worldview may be broader, calmer, and more stable
than younger generations.

2. What should young people teach the elderly?

Young people, in my view, will also have many fascinating things to share with and
educate the old. Like, say, how to make the most of and adjust to today’s technological
options. Eventually, every young person will have to help their parents or other older
relatives how to utilize modern technology like cell phones, computers, and televisions.
As many people are still learning their way around the 4.0 world, I beg that everyone
be as patient and kind with them as our elders were with us when we were naive
children.

3. What is the subject that the age groups often talk to each other about?
Whether or whether individuals of different ages have anything in common to discuss
is a matter of degree, in my view. In order to appeal to a younger audience, discussions
might center on pop culture, video games, the latest social media fads, etc. Issues of
politics, society, finances, and other aspects of adult life may be discussed. This is
simply my perspective, therefore it may not hold for everyone; after all, there are plenty
of youth organizations in today’s culture where controversial topics like politics and
social issues can be discussed.

4. People are following more personal trends, what do you think?

From my perspective, there will always be both negative and positive consequences
for young people who blindly follow popular culture. If the individual trend is practical
and has a positive ripple effect, then everyone should try to adopt it. When I see a
trend that might aid the needy or donate to charity, for instance, I tell my friends to get
on it immediately. Further, I’m not too fond of it when individuals follow personal trends
that aren’t nice and give them a terrible reputation since doing so has a lot of
ramifications and affects children later in life.

When we are given anything as a present, it always makes us happy. Furthermore, it
demonstrates our value to the world. On many occasions, people express their
gratitude and affection for one another by exchanging presents. I’ve also been the
recipient of several presents on numerous occasions. For my recent birthday, my
older sister gave me some cash.

She wasn’t sure what I wanted, so rather than forcing me to make a decision, she gave
me money so I could treat myself to anything I wanted. On my birthday, she gave me
an envelope with some money in it, and that made the day extra memorable. The
money inside was just right for buying an Ipad Mini, which was a nice surprise. At that
point, I was so overcome with emotion that I began to cry. The next day, my sister and
I went shopping for me, and I ended up with a brand new Ipad Mini. I felt the need to
show off my new device to my friends and family, so I snapped a photo of it and
uploaded it to my social media site.

I appreciated my sister’s act of kindness toward me very much. His unwavering

devotion and encouragement have made me very fond of her. Even if I don’t tell him
what I need, she knows. The person who gave me that gift is the most precious person
in the world to me.

 treat myself: tự thưởng cho bản thân
 unwavering devotion: sự tận tâm
 memorable (adj): đáng nhớ
 recipient (n): người nhận

1. When do children learn about money?
Children should be educated about money as soon as feasible, in my opinion. Because
the earlier kids connect with money or the notion of “money,” the greater the advantage
they get from good money education. Teaching children how to spend money is also
teaching them how to be people, and how to master themselves in the face of today’s
world’s pull of money. Instill the habit of appreciating money and spending it wisely as
well. Children who get extensive instruction in money management and utilization are
more likely to succeed in business later in life.

2. What will children learn when saving money?

Educating kids to save money is just as essential as teaching them to earn money and
appreciate its worth at an early age. Instilling in kids the habit of saving early on helps
them develop a proactive, self-reliant, and adaptable outlook on life. The practice of
saving for one’s children is important to instill, but we need a practical way to do it.

3. Do Vietnamese people mostly use pay by cash or other payments?

In my perspective, Vietnamese continue to choose cash over other payment options
like credit cards and mobile payments. Because Vietnam is a cash-only country,
markets, street food, and small eateries may not take credit cards. In addition, I can
list a number of contributing factors, such as a lack of understanding of how digital
payments operate and how to use them; concerns regarding personal financial privacy;
and the possibility that small and medium-sized businesses will incur higher expenses
due to electronic payments.

4. Do you think we will stop using paper money in the future?

Obviously, that’s a yes. It is clear that certain areas are already making the change.
Currently, mobile payments account for the vast majority of monetary transactions in
many places in the world. Simply scanning a QR code is all it takes for customers to
make purchases online or in stores. There is a global trend toward digital payments,
with nations like India and Sweden taking steps in this direction. A decade from now, I
find it hard to believe that people will still be exchanging physical currency.

I’ll be honest and say that when I have a lot on my to-do list, I neglect certain other
responsibilities. During this time, I often fail to pay attention to a number of crucial
details. Given this, I’d like to share a story about the time I was late for a dental visit.

It occurred the week before, when I was frantically trying to complete my thesis before
the due date. One day, I was saddled with an overwhelming quantity of tasks. I had a
meeting with my professor at noon to run a plagiarism check with my thesis advisor,
having completed the citations and references for the thesis first thing in the morning.
In my haste to complete my thesis, I neglected to keep my scheduled dental
appointment. It is associated with the decaying teeth I’ve been experiencing. I had
completely forgotten to make an appointment with the dentist for that day at 4 o’clock
since I had been so preoccupied with other matters at the time. It was at that time that
I was needed in the dentist’s office.

However, at approximately six o’clock, a notification about the meeting popped up on

the Google calendar app on my phone. The next thing I knew, I was calling my doctor
to ask if we might reschedule our planned visit for later. Fortunately, he understood
that there would be an opening for him the next morning, which was a stroke of luck.
Then, I scheduled a visit to the dentist for the following morning at eight o’clock to have
my tooth check-up. I felt terrible about having to call and ask the doctor to postpone
my appointment.
Despite the hectic speed of our lives, I’ve learned how important it is to maintain
equilibrium in all areas. I vowed then and there that I would never again be late for an
appointment, so I set an alarm on my phone to remind me of any future commitments.

 haste (n): sự gấp rút
 plagiarism check: kiểm tra đạo văn
 decaying teeth (n): răng sâu
 preoccupied (adj): bận tâm
 popped up: hiện lên, nhảy lên

How do people memorize?
Regarding the process of memorization, I feel there are many different ways to put it
into practice. If you are more of a traditionalist, the easiest way to remember everything
is to write it all down in a notebook and carry it with you. This will allow you to review it
whenever you need to. Suppose you’re the kind of person who gets excited about
discovering new and exciting methods to remember information. In that case, you
could do well to attempt associating the information you need to remember with a story
or a picture in your head.

Is it necessary to ask someone else to remind me to remember?

Young people, in my view, will also have many fascinating things to share with and
educate the old. Like, say, how to make the most of and adjust to today’s technological
options. Eventually, every young person will have to help their parents or other older
relatives how to utilize modern technology like cell phones, computers, and televisions.
As many people are still learning their way around the 4.0 world, I beg that everyone
be as patient and kind with them as our elders were with us when we were naive
children.

Why do some people like to remember family history?

I guess they have a deep affection for their family and are eager to brag about it. If
your family is like most others, I hope you feel as proud as I do of your ancestors and
the job they’ve done as a result of their efforts. It is a beautiful way to promote and
perpetuate the significant heritage your family has and is bringing; alternatively, it is
fun to discover some fascinating facts about your ancestors if your family is prominent
and influential. Knowing your family’s history is a great way to do either of these things.

How do they find that information?

They might do this via a variety of means, one of the most straightforward and
expedient of which is to inquire about the history of the family from their parents and
grandparents. Additionally, there are families who have a significant amount of history,
and these families often keep a record or notebook describing their family tree so that
it may be handed down the generations. In addition, a multitude of journals, books,
and archive materials will, if they existed, feature notable historical families.

Does family history help them?

There are several advantages to investigating our family history. It is our duty to gain
wisdom from the experiences of our predecessors and apply that knowledge to the
task of enhancing their legacy for the benefit of future generations. In addition, if
members of your family ever find themselves in a sticky legal situation, it is likely that
you will be the one to represent them in court. Because of this, I often recommend to
my close friends that they educate themselves on the history and significance of their
family trees.

If I’m being frank with you, I’ve never really had much of an interest in researching the
past. Because of how boring the history classes were in high school, I didn’t pay much
attention to them. However, one historical event left an unforgettable mark on me, and
I will never forget it. It was on that day that Ngo Dinh Diem was removed from power.

It all started when Emperor Bao Dai was deposed and replaced by the Catholic
nationalist Ngo Dinh Diem. Because of his unwavering anti-communist stance, the
United States was happy to help him climb the political ladder and become more
powerful. As a direct cosence of Diem’s preferential treatment of the Catholic minority,
demonstrations broke out over the whole of South Vietnam. In May in 1963,
government personnel in Hue were responsible for the deaths of up to eight Buddhist
protesters.

In response, Buddhist monk Thich Quang Duc burned himself on fire in the middle of
a major intersection in Saigon. The situation, which was after that referred to as the
“Buddhist crisis,” became even direr when more monks set themselves on fire in
protest. The United States no longer had confidence in Diem’s leadership abilities.

The United States of America provided backing for a military coup that took place in
November of that year, which resulted in the deaths of both Diem and his brother Ngo
Dinh Nhu. (The assassination of John F. Kennedy, President of the United States of
America, would take place in less than three weeks.) After the coup, between 1963
and 1965, South Vietnam went through a succession of 12 different governments amid
a turbulent succession.

After this event, I learned that even a small battle, such as one between factions, may
result in significant casualties and property destruction. In addition, my nation has
spent many years in peace after finally being able to stop the events of the war. Like
many Vietnamese, I will be eternally thankful to the heroes who made it possible for
us to live in the safety and prosperity we enjoy today.

What is the most popular way to learn history in Vietnam? Is it effective?
YouTube seems to be a popular resource for learning about the past in my nation.
There has been a recent explosion in the number of YouTube channels dedicated to
historical material; these channels present their material in a manner that is both
engaging and accessible. Video animators, straightforward infographics, and other
history-focused content producers have breathed new life into dry historical accounts.
It’s a really excellent recreation of the past, I think, since it uses contemporary
techniques. Moreover, it will pique the curiosity of future generations to learn about
and investigate the nation’s past.

What about other methods?

My belief is that there are more alternatives, even if the outcomes of those techniques
are not guaranteed. Due to the fact that each individual has their own one-of-a-kind
strategy for researching the past, I can only evaluate the methodologies described
above based on my personal subjective and objective evaluations. At the same time,
some people opt to learn about history via alternative media such as podcasts, and
others like reading either modern books or classics while doing their historical
research. You also can go to the locations where these events took place to get
information from the people and any relevant notifications that may have been put at
historical sites.

Do you learn history through videos or books?

I like to learn about history via books, rather than the more modern methods most
young people use nowadays. I like studying and researching significant aspects of the
history of my own nation and the whole globe by reading the pages of old books,
allowing me to go back in time and explore the past. The hunt for odd books and papers
in new libraries and antique stores is another one of my favorite activities, and it brings
me much joy. In addition, since I have nearsightedness, it is difficult for me to read or
study history through videos on a computer without my eyes becoming tired and
strained. This makes it challenging for me to do either of those things.

Is it possible to change the content of learning through film?

In my view, it will be contingent on the intention of those individuals who wish to impart
material via films about whether or not we want to modify it. The narratives of films
about historical events won’t be affected in the least by this development. On the other
hand, when it comes to other movies on other subjects, I believe that it is still feasible
to modify them so that they are more appropriate for the current day. If we are unable
to alter the substance itself, we may at least alter the manner in which it is delivered.

Why do we preserve historical buildings?

As historic buildings and structures are a significant part of what gives a city its identity
and feeling of community, it is crucial to preserve them. They could be representative
of a pivotal time in the city’s past, a noteworthy architectural movement, or a cultural
movement that influenced the city at the time. Historic structures are the living
testament to a city’s visual and cultural heritage, enriching residents’ feeling of place
and connection to the past. It’s common for locals and tourists to associate historic
structures with a significant figure or event in the city’s past.

Who will pay for the historical building conservation?

If a building has historical significance, the government could foot the bill to renovate
it. When it comes to repairing historic buildings when the cost of labor and materials is
prohibitive, governments typically engage the assistance of a small set of private
enterprises. This is because of the nature of the work involved. Because of its antiquity
and the fact that its components were imported from France, the church in my country
is often referred to as Notre Dame church. In order to rebuild it, the government has
collaborated with a few different sponsors to track down the necessary material.

Have you ever been to a museum?

Absolutely, Yes, but because I’m not very interested in art or history, I don’t spend
much time at museums and art galleries. On the other hand, I’ve seen that an
increasing number of young people are interested in going to museums to learn about
art, history, and other themes associated with these fields. I have always believed that
museums are beautiful places to visit and learn about the history of the globe, and in
the future, I want to go to museums more often on my own.

Everything about medieval life was different from modern life. History books and
television shows provide some insights into daily life during that era, but they only
provide a snapshot, not the whole picture. Common misconceptions about the
Middle Ages include that it was a time of strict social stratifications in the feudal
system, widespread superstition, and primitive medical practices.

It has been argued that there were benefits to medieval life. At the outset, most regular
people’s lives were uncomplicated, technology was scarce, and social ties were
robust. Back when people still lived in close proximity to the outdoors, pollution was
not a major problem. It’s possible that the lack of intense rivalry was another major
perk of this era’s existence.

Of course, the era wasn’t completely trouble-free and sunny. The rigidity of the social
classes made it impossible for young people to realize their full potential. Neither the
son nor the daughter of a poor peasant could ever hope to rise to prominence, and for
many, abject poverty was an inevitable companion for life. Once upon a time, the so-
called noblemen of society ruled over the commoners however they saw fit. Due to
this, regular people’s lives were frequently difficult. Moreover, entertainment options
were very restricted, and those at the bottom of society had little to no access to basic
services.

I’d love to have seen that time period firsthand for a few months, maybe a year, but I
wouldn’t want to spend the rest of my life there. I like my current lifestyle and would
not want to uproot my life and go to an earlier era when I am aware that technology
had not yet advanced and there would be few comforts to which I could look forward.

 feudal (adj): phong kiến

Bài mẫu Part 3:

What is the difference between reading books and watching historical movies?
In my view, the most notable distinction that can be made between historical movies
and historical books is that movies have the ability to bring history’s characters and
events to life in a way that books cannot. A lengthy historical narrative may be readily
assimilated by the audience in a matter of a few short hours, allowing them to observe
and experience the eloquence, suspense, and agony of historical events that really
took place. go out. When it comes to history books, the only way for readers to
experience the tales is via phrases that are dull and dry.

Why are some students not interested in studying history?

By a wide margin, the most common reason why students aren’t interested in history
is because they find the topic boring. Let’s face it; not all of our history classes are
presented in the most interesting way. Typically, students learn about historical events
either via long lectures in which the teacher talks on and on about the various events
that occurred in the past, or by the reading of a thick book with several chapters. As
part of their study about the past, students may also see a documentary that was filmed
many years ago. Therefore, it was safe to assume that few pupils were interested in
learning about such a dull and unimaginative topic.

How to preserve history?

For the sake of brevity, I won’t list all of the ways, but I will describe one of the finest
and most efficient methods to keep the past safe is to establish historical reserves.
The first is that the government will have a much easier time handling the money for
repairs and the laws to prevent individuals from destroying historic monuments if they
are in a protected area. The second benefit is that this method of storage makes it
simple to retain them for the long term and may be used by documentary filmmakers
to create authentic historical films.
Who is responsible for the preservation of history?
I believe it is the duty of the state to ensure that historical artifacts are protected. For
one simple reason, a country’s diversity, wealth, and uniqueness can only be achieved
via the preservation of its historical records, historical buildings, and artifacts related to
key events in the past. They are the means through which the state (and occasionally
with the help of private companies) works to conserve and promote historical artifacts,
and they are also proof of the creation of mankind. Because the government is limited
in its ability to manage and preserve all historical monuments, it is the obligation of
every person in that nation to learn how to preserve, and to back up the government.

 Why was it difficult?
And how did you feel about doing it?

Bài mẫu Part 2:

My greatest accomplishment last year, which I know is hard to imagine, was losing 15
kilograms in roughly 4 months. I used to be a pretty sluggish young man who enjoyed
junk food and disliked sports of all kinds. When I was younger, I never would have
guessed that my weight would be my biggest issue now. That’s why, after realizing I’d
gained 20 kilograms, I made the unwavering commitment to slim down and become
in shape.

And it was the start of it all. I began a routine of everyday exercise. In the mornings I
went riding, and in the evenings I went to the gym. I also gave up the snacks and the
junk food I used to eat all the time. I resolved to start dieting seriously. Basically, I stay
away from anything unhealthy like sugary foods, starchy foods, Boba tea, and other
similar beverages and snacks. I have followed a diet plan consisting of salads,
vegetables, fruits, and lots of water. Every day, I made sure to eat well and hydrate
well. I used less unhealthy methods of cooking, such as boiling, baking, and stewing,
to make the meals. A few little meals are preferable to one large one, as I’ve read.
That’s why I decided to implement the suggestion. After starting this routine, I stuck
with it for four months. So, I went from being over 80kg overweight to being under 65
kilograms.

I am now not just as thin as I once was, but also sufficiently fit. This is a great
accomplishment, and I feel quite pleased with myself. Changing my routine, eating
habits, and way of life was challenging, and there were times when I considered giving
up because of how much time it took. But thank God I didn’t, despite the fact that I was
dealing with a lot of challenges. The fact that I accomplished so much with no outside
assistance is another source of immense satisfaction for me. I mostly spent my time
reading blogs and internet forums, but ultimately, it was my own initiative to choose my
future course of action. I never imagined I would be able to achieve this. The amount
of work I put into getting this outcome is beyond my wildest dreams. I’d go so far as to
call it the struggle of my life, and I won.

What kinds of jobs require people to be confident?
Having confidence in yourself is essential no matter what field you choose, but there
are certain careers that need more of it than others, particularly if you want to succeed.
A confident and competent doctor or nurse, for instance, will have a strong sense of
self-assurance. For instance, you can’t become a medical doctor without first
completing a formal education, so both nurses and doctors can be proud of the
rewarding careers they’ve built for themselves, each of which requires a healthy dose
of self-assurance. In other words, having faith in oneself is essential in every field.

On what occasions should children be encouraged? How?

In all they do, children should always have their backs supported. One of the most
beneficial things that can be done to help a kid develop is to encourage them to pursue
activities that are of their interests. When children are doubtful about their skills, it is
important to encourage and support them. There are many situations in which
youngsters question their abilities and often quit because they are afraid of being
unsuccessful. Young children, in particular very young children, need their parents’
support and encouragement. No matter how capable they are, children may always
benefit from having someone to help them and provide them with comfort. This is one
way to offer them encouragement.

How do you help children stay focused?

One of the best ways to discourage kids from being distracted while they’re studying
is to provide them with their own dedicated space. A youngster may have trouble
focusing on homework if their home study place is disorganized and too dim.
Youngsters would benefit from a quiet, well-organized study area with enough natural
light. Since exposure to daylight may improve one’s concentration, it is recommended
that one position their desk such that it faces a window. Children may jot down and
post reminders of their tasks wherever on the desk, but they should be well organized
so that they can be quickly located and read. In addition, it is important for kids to
practice taking notes so they can read and review materials efficiently.

What challenges do young people face today?

One of the most pressing problems facing today’s youth is the mental health crisis.
More and more young people nowadays are experiencing mental health problems than
ever before. The effects on their relationships and friendships might be detrimental.
Despite the pervasive stigma, it is essential that young people be aware of available
resources for dealing with mental health difficulties. Not only should adults be alert to
the red flags, but young people themselves should be able to point their peers in the
direction of helpful resources. Some recent studies show an increase in the prevalence
of mental health issues among children and teenagers younger than 19.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

If I had to choose one polluted city close to my home, it would be the one closest to
me, a small town in the North of China.

I just relocated here after being informed of my mandatory three-year employment

commitment. When I initially arrived in this huge metropolis, I was taken away by the
extreme degree of pollution present here. It’s a far cry from my hometown’s gorgeous,
organized countryside back in the Midwest. Air pollution, water pollution, and noise
pollution are just a few of the forms of pollution that have become endemic to this
area. Numerous vehicles provide a constant stream of noise and pollutants.

Transportation at rush hour was fraught with danger. Further, some individuals
carelessly dump their rubbish in rivers and lakes, therefore it is not hard to locate trash
in these public water sources. One of the reasons why garbage is so prevalent in these
waterways is because of this. Worse, some businesses are to blame for dumping dirty
water and other forms of garbage into rivers, turning many of them into unsanitary
cesspools. Pollution, in my view, has a negative impact on people’s day-to-day lives.

Several respiratory diseases, including asthma and lung cancer, have been linked
to pollution. The degradation of water supplies can result in shortages in the future,
and the incessant cacophony of traffic is enough to drive anyone nuts. Numerous
aquatic organisms will be impacted. Since they can’t use the water for either drinking
or farming, they risk losing their homes and food sources. There is a possibility that we
may lose some of them for good if we do not act quickly. Luckily, the government will
fund TV shows or other educational initiatives to raise public awareness about the
need of environmental protection and increasing the amount of land covered by trees
in urban areas.

Bài mẫu Part 3:

What are the differences between people living in the clean air and others?
In my view, there will be a great deal of difference between these two categories of
individuals in many different ways. People who live in areas where there is a constant
supply of clean air will never experience any discomfort and will be immune to diseases
of the respiratory system. People who live or work in areas with high levels of air
pollution are more likely to experience symptoms of discomfort brought on by the
pollution, as well as an increased risk of developing diseases such as allergic rhinitis,
asthma, and lung cancer. These individuals also find it difficult to breathe freely and
must always wear a mask.

What can individuals do to prevent air pollution?

People have a lot of power to keep the air they breathe healthy and clean. Reading
this article is one of the most common ways that anybody may learn more and be more
conscious about helping to promote the purity of the air, and it’s also one of the most
popular ones. Utilizing power tools instead of those that generate hazardous
pollutants, adopting electric and hydrogen-powered automobiles, and promoting
carpooling and other kinds of shared mobility are all potential avenues to reduce air
pollution. Since trees are the “capsules” that restore oxygen levels in the atmosphere,
enhancing their aesthetic value is also very important.

Why are there places that have polluted air and there are places that don’t?
It is not easy to disentangle the lifestyle choices of city dwellers from the activities that
contribute to air pollution. The common perception is that vehicles and other forms of
mobility are significant causes of air pollution. However, development, heating,
buildings, and transportation all contribute to making the issue worse. Air pollution is
more severe in urban regions than in rural ones because of the higher population
density and a more significant number of structures and cars. The more trees there
are, the less pollution there will be, and the better life you may enjoy. Therefore,
naturally, this will explain the significant variations in air pollution across various
regions and nations.

I can confidently say that Vietnam has some of the world’s best tourist attractions as a
“traveler” who has visited many regions. Many have yet to achieve global fame. The
Ba Na Hills demonstrate this. The Ba Na Hills is 25 kilometers East of the rice field and
25 kilometers Southwest of Da Nang’s city center in the Truong Son mountain range
in Hoa Vang. Forests protected the Ba Na Hills. Sun Group built Ba Na Hills in 2007
after Da Nang’s municipal committee awarded development rights.

Ba Na Hills serves visitors’ sightseeing, discovering Vietnam’s environment, and

entertainment needs in a unique way among the four sides of green nature, full of wild
green trees and contemporary, young, and dynamic colors of amusement parks,
restaurants, and resorts. Ba Na Hill is unique in Vietnam and the world for these
reasons. Ba Na Hills is unique and attracts visitors. The Ba Na Hills is called a ladder
to the fairy scene because of their beautiful natural landscape, peace, and harmony,
which coexist with a busy but healthy lifestyle. Ba Na Hills offers an impressive natural
system, unexpected services, and a variety of landscapes that harmoniously blend
spirituality, entertainment, and religious practice.

The Golden Bridge on Ba Na Hill is another popular tourist attraction. One of Da Nang’s
Sun World Ba Na Hills tourist complex’s unique works. The bridge has an impressive
design, soft and curved like a golden silk strip in the middle of mountains and forests,
cradled by two giant mossy hands as if Ba Na nature itself gave birth to it, and I am
proud to inform you that in 2020, the World Travel Awards organization awarded Da
Nang Golden Bridge the title of “World’s Leading Iconic Tourist Bridge 2020,”
confirming the Golden Bridge’s uniqueness and tourism potential.

Ba Na Hill is one of my favorite Vietnam places since it offers unique experiences at

affordable prices. I often mentioned Ba Na Hill when asked to “explain a wonderful

Bài mẫu Part 3:

Do you often look for reviews before traveling?
Absolutely, I always read reviews before traveling somewhere. In fact, I always check
the reviews before making a reservation on either Booking.com, which I use for
booking or Tripadvisor.com. I usually look for a location with a large number of reviews
(I avoid places with a low number of reviews). I look at the reviews that are the absolute
worst to see if there are any significant problems, and then I look at a few reviews that
are positive as well. This seems to work well in my experience!

Are those reviews trustworthy?

I have only read reviews before booking a hotel, but it would depend on where you
looked and how genuine the comments were then you will decide to believe it or not.
Five perfect 5-star evaluations for a hotel or restaurant would make me highly
suspicious. And yet, what are the odds that more than a small fraction of the hundreds
of reviews for a hotel are fraudulent? Also, when looking for a hotel, I like to find one
with primarily positive reviews and then read the complaints about that hotel. Reviews
will reveal any significant issues with a hotel, such as poor maintenance or an annoying
location. If most of the complaints were about how unhelpful the staff was, I couldn’t
care less.

Why do we need to develop tourism?

In my opinion, developing tourism in a country could have several beneficial effects. In
particular, countries still developing their economies or those with economies that are
just starting have many options available to them in the tourism industry. It has the
potential to contribute to the alleviation of poverty, the preservation of cultural assets
and traditions, the reduction of income and wealth disparities, and the preservation of
the natural environment. In particular, this can be accomplished if the area’s residents
can capitalize on the financial opportunities presented by the influx of tourists.

What can the government do to promote tourism?

I believe that creating optimal conditions for tourism promotion is one of the most
effective ways for the government to promote tourism. If governments wish for tourism
to flourish in their countries, they must establish optimal conditions. By doing so, they
will enhance the economic growth of their nation. It is not a secret that tourism can
stimulate economic growth, which is why governments have a vital role to play in
making their country more appealing and hence more likely to attract visitors. It implies
that there should be decent roads and infrastructure, teaching foreign languages in
schools from a young age, and establishing political stability for locals and visitors.
Promoting ecotourism is a fantastic concept, providing travelers with a unique
experience and encouraging the recently visited nation.

You should say:
 When did you get it?
 What did you get it for?

And how do you feel about it.

Dàn ý:
I. Introduction
 Purchased a brand new dishwasher for a significant amount.
 Discovered it is tricky to use.
 Downloaded an app for online purchases about a month ago.
II. Challenges with the dishwasher
 Intricate user interface makes it difficult to use.
 Difficulty in locating movable parts and lack of knowledge about their purposes.
 Struggle to find and use necessary equipment.
 Lack of user-friendliness in studying and altering settings.
III. Frequency of dishwasher usage
 Dishwasher is used at least once every day.
 Spending more time figuring out how to use it than actually using it.
IV. Dissatisfaction with the dishwasher
 Encountered several issues with the dishwasher.
 Software has excellent features and capabilities.
 Daily use is challenging due to complexity and lack of user-friendliness.
 Expectations for technology development were not met.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

Even though I bought a brand-new dishwasher for a significant amount, I discovered
that it is pretty tricky to use. I downloaded an app that allowed me to make online
purchases and paid for it about a month ago to save time and concentrate on other
matters. Although I was excited about the possibilities it presented, its actual use has
presented many challenges for me.
The intricate user interface of the gadget has proven to be one of the most
challenging obstacles for me to overcome. Dishwashers are made up of several
movable parts, each of which is responsible for a particular operation; however, I have
a hard time locating these parts and am not very knowledgeable about their purposes.
Because of this, I often struggle to find and make use of all the equipment required to
perform the chore of dishwashing successfully. Because the gadget is not particularly
user-friendly, it is difficult for me to study and alter the settings so that they are to my
taste. This is an additional drawback.

I run the dishwasher at least once every day since it is one of the pieces of equipment
in my home that gets the most usage. On the other hand, as a result of the difficulties
mentioned, I often find that I spend more time trying to figure out how to utilize the
gadget than I actually use it to do things.

I’ve run into many issues with these dishwashers, and I’m really dissatisfied with how
the entire thing has gone. The software’s features and capabilities are excellent;
nevertheless, it is challenging to use daily due to the complexity of the interface and
the software’s lack of user-friendliness. Despite this, the software’s specifications and
capabilities are relatively extraordinary. My expectations for the development of this
technology were rather lofty, but they were in no way satisfied by the outcome.

Từ vựng:
 intricate (adj): phức tạp
 user interface (n): giao diện người dùng
 user-friendly (adj): thân thiện với người dùng
 alter (v): thay đổi, điều chỉnh
 usage (n): sử dụng
 dissatisfied (adj): không hài lòng, không thỏa mãn
 complexity (n): sự phức tạp
 lofty (adj): cao

Bài mẫu Part 3:

Do you find it difficult to use the latest technology?
Actually, in contrast, I think it’s a lot less complicated to use modern technological
gadgets than it was even a decade ago. In my view, as technology advances towards
the “4.0” age, everything will become more up-to-date in the direction of simplicity,
comfort, and convenience for consumers. In the past, it would have been more
challenging because technological concepts were less well-defined and there were
fewer resources available for learning how to use them. Today, however, everything is
much simpler: all you need is a little help from a friend or to watch a short video tutorial
on YouTube.

How will older people use technology?

In my opinion, it is possible for older people to learn how to use technology with the
help of younger members of their families or friends. Because of what I’ve previously
said, in the not-too-distant future, technology will become extremely easy, practical,
and user-friendly; as a result, if senior people are willing to listen to instructions from
others, it is probable that they will know how to use it. Besides, many contemporary
electronics are able to react to spoken orders, so all that is required of them is to issue
one.

My favorite pastime is shopping. In my opinion, it’s a blockbuster in every sense of
the word. It’s always fun to go shopping with my pals. Inevitably, the Black Friday sale
will cause certain items to sell out quickly. For the greatest time savings, try doing your
shopping online. In this piece, I will discuss an issue I encountered while out Black
Friday shopping last year.

It was Black Friday, and I wanted to go shopping for some new clothing and footwear.
Every store was packed with customers taking advantage of the sales and deals being
offered. After doing some shopping, I decided to take advantage of a sale and
purchase a jacket and several polo shirts. I took advantage of the more than fifty
percent off sale to stock up on apparel and accessories from my favorite brand. In
addition, I treated myself to a brand-new, fantastic pair of shoes. When I went
shopping, I had a lot of issues.

To begin with, there were too many people for me to have a pleasant experience while
selecting and browsing my alternatives. It took me half an hour to go inside the trial
area to try on several outfits. To put it mildly, I became rather agitated. There was a
big line of individuals wanting to get their billing done, and I had to wait an hour just to
pay my payment. Someone had parked dangerously near my car, and that was the
last thing I had to worry about as I attempted to leave the parking lot.

Even though I ended up with some nice threads at a discount, I spent the whole time
in the store fuming. My shopping experience was unpleasant due to the time I had to
wait for trial periods and be billed. I will never again go to the mall during the holiday
season after seeing this madhouse.

Bài mẫu Part 3:
What is good customer service?
In my opinion, the key to providing outstanding customer service is always being
upbeat and willing to lend a hand to customers who need it. It’s crucial because it can
set one business apart from another of the same type, increase brand awareness, and
endear the business to its target audience. As a corollary, front-line sales associates
need strong problem-solving skills and the ability to keep customers happy at all times.

Why do some shops that sell cheaper goods also have competent customer
support?
My experience has shown me that even stores with low prices on items still provide
excellent customer service. You may, for instance, save money by investing in
proactive customer service. This method proactively reaches out to consumers,
instead than waiting for them to notice a problem and report it. Proactive customer
service isn’t only about making consumers happy, but it does show them that you care
about them and are actively striving to improve your product. In addition, it serves as
a powerful promotional tool for launching and advertising brand-new offerings.

Do you believe in online product reviews?

That’s tricky because the obvious answer is “yes”, but the real issue is that online fraud
and false representation have made it impossible to tell what’s true. In my opinion,
most people give online reviews more weight than they would a simple advertisement
because of the way they “appear.” The main problem is that in order to give an honest
review, one must make a concerted effort to always appear impartial and forthright. In
my opinion, reviews are no different than anything else. A reviewer’s credibility and
status grow with their body of work. Gaining respect and credibility is a slow and steady
process that requires consistent interaction. It most certainly does not happen
instantly.

Are all companies ethical in doing business?

Companies with integrity would never knowingly conduct themselves unethically.
There are certain firms that, no matter how hard they try, will never be able to create a
corporate culture that completely supports ethical practices. Although they may have
the best of intentions, even the most well-meaning organizations may be facing serious
ethical challenges. Nearly every company will tell you that they are committed to doing
the right thing for their employees and the community. It’s safe to assume that a large
fraction of them are not acting. But you can’t create a reliable culture if you push
employees to adhere to standards that don’t represent the company’s values.

Bài mẫu Part 2:
Well, I’ve always admired Mai, who happens to be one of my best friends and we’ve
known each other for 10 years now. Trust me, she’s a true study animal and
workaholic.

Back in the days when we were in high school, Mai had a reputation for her
intelligence and outstanding academic performance. She didn’t have to pull an all-
nighter for any exam but somehow, she always passes the tests with flying colors.
I admire her because she was a studious person who sailed through high school
and university with excellent academic records.

After graduating from university, she’s been working her fingers to the bone as a
nine-to-five officer at a law firm and a part-time English teacher in the evening. I
wonder how she could manage her time and have so much energy to do two jobs at
the same time like that. Well, Mai has a keen interest in Japanese food and always
dreamed of owning a small Japanese restaurant. Mai even thought of applying for a
culinary training course and quit her study at law school to pursue her dream. Although
we’re best friends, she hadn’t told me anything about her plan until one day when she
finally spilled the beans that she’d been preparing for her business.

The moment I knew about her plan, she’d already had everything set up and even
invited me to the opening of her restaurant. That’s typical Mai. I mean, she always
works silently and diligently and surprises everyone with her results. It turned out that
she’d been working extremely hard just to have enough money to open her restaurant.
I do believe that with her passion and perseverance, she’ll be able to franchise her
business sooner or later. Busy as she might be, she always knows how to achieve that
work-life balance.

What kinds of co-workers do people like to work with?
I think having good co-workers is one of the motivations for some people to go to work
and most people would prefer having helpful, reliable and collaborative colleagues.
Anyone can appreciate someone who is supportive and lend them a hand through a
challenge. Working with someone consistent can help people build mutual trust and
increase productivity. Besides, a good team player should be someone who is willing
to cooperate and work hard on group projects.
Which one is more important to you at work, development in work-related skills
or recognition from your supervisors?
Well, that’s a tricky question since both factors are equally important to me and I think
they are positively correlated. I mean, as an organization grows, employees need to
focus on developing work-related skills to become more knowledgeable and skillful.
The more you grow as a specialist in your field, the more likely you are to be noticed
and acknowledged for your work. As non-technical skills such as emotional intelligence
and conflict resolution are as important as professional expertise, I believe developing
these skills will help your boss notice you.

Do you think managers should be friends with their subordinates?

I think it’s good for managers to be friends with their subordinates but there should be
limits. Most relationships are architected around boundaries and friendships are no
different. I think setting clear boundaries is integral to navigating workplace friendships
at any level. Likewise, establishing respect for professional and personal boundaries
is key to managing manager/employee relationships and prevents sending signals of
favoritism.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

Well, “Notion” is the first app that popped into my mind when it comes to this topic,
and I gotta say it’s such a useful app that has helped me a lot in my work and study.
About the time I first knew about this amazing website, I guess it was probably 2 years
ago, when I was caught up in so many deadlines from work that I didn’t know how to
arrange tons of things on my to-do list. I’d been absolutely clueless about this website
until my coworker talked about it in a team meeting. He said that this website was like
a lifesaver to him as it helped him organize things in a smart and eye-catching way,
which in turn increased his productivity significantly. I was hesitant to use it at first
because I was too lazy to figure out how this website worked.

Oh, I forgot to tell you about this website. Well, Notion is an all-in-one workspace
where users can write, plan, and get organized. It also allows you to take notes, add
tasks, manage projects, and more. What I love about this site is that it provides the
building blocks, and you can create your own layouts and toolkit to get work done.
Besides, Notion works across all platforms, including iOS and Android, and the data is
synchronized when you switch between devices, which is another thing that I find
convenient.
Notion is highly customizable and incredibly flexible, I mean, being able to link
relevant pages and databases has been extremely useful. Since I registered my
account on this site, I have somehow had more motivation to work and finish the
deadlines on time. Not just at work, this app has helped me learn vocabulary in foreign
languages such as Spanish and Chinese more effectively thanks to its large database
and colorful learning templates. Now, I couldn’t imagine my life without this awesome
website.

Bài mẫu Part 3:

What effect has the Internet had on the way people generally communicate with
each other?
The internet and other contemporary communication technologies have essentially
revolutionized the idea of communication by making it very practical, affordable,
individualized, and extremely quick. With the use of the internet, one can communicate
with more than one person at a time with very minimal efforts and costs. Nevertheless,
I think face-to-face communication has become less common as a result of the internet
because people prefer to call or chat with people online instead of going to see them
in person.

How do you think communicating by email is different from communicating by

text message?
I think the main difference lies in the urgency. Texting, which allows messages to be
sent and received almost instantly between the sender and the recipient, technically
sounds more like an urgent form of communication. In contrast, email communication
is much more formal and is typically used in business settings. Besides, emails may
allow readers to have time to read and check whether an immediate reply should be
given. Another difference is that text messages can be displayed and seen right away
on the recipients’ phones, whereas emails must be opened and viewed by the recipient
in order to be read.

Why do you think the Internet is being used more and more for communication?
In my opinion, the internet is being used more and more for both personal and
professional communications as it becomes more accessible. The Internet’s ability to
instantly and practically reach anyone, wherever they may be on the planet, has also
contributed to its popularity. With the aid of the internet, we can exchange enormous
amounts of data and information in a short amount of time at a low cost, which has led
businesses to embrace this technology.

Describe someone who likes to dress well.

You should say:
 Who this person is
 What kinds of clothes this person likes to wear
 How you know this person
And explain why you think this person dresses well.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

Around the time I was eighteen, I had a chance to be friends with a friend from France
named Louis, who stood apart from everyone else I had previously seen due to how
he dressed. At the time, I was a senior in high school, and he was a student visiting
from France on an exchange program. When we were younger, we didn’t interact
with many individuals from other nations, so we weren’t exposed to many different
fashions. When we received an exchange student from hundreds of miles away, none
of us had ever seen the clothing that he or she was wearing, so it was a surprise.

Even though Louis was the same age as us, he gave off the impression that he was
from another planet. He not only talked differently but also behaved differently and
dressed differently, as I said before. First and foremost, he wasn’t required to wear a
school uniform while the rest of us were. He was excused from it since he was an
exchange student, and as a result, he wore his typical street clothing. However, what
was typical for him was not necessarily typical for the majority of people. He had an
odd manner of dressing, but it served him well. He layered one style of clothes over
another, such as wearing a sports jacket over a vest while still having a tie but no collar
on his shirt. The colors that he wore were vibrant and vivid, and he combined and
mingled them. Because it was so out of the ordinary, everyone believed he was really
hip as a result of it. Even though hats were not precisely in style at that time period, he
was known to wear a variety of headwear. However, the fact that he was wearing
something that no one else did gave the impression that he was even bolder.

The most essential thing, I believe, is that Louis seemed to be confident in what he
was wearing. I believe he simply didn’t care what other people thought, or maybe he
had some particular insight into what clothing would look good on him, even if they
were weird. Either way, I think it’s safe to assume that he didn’t care much about what
other people thought. In any event, he had a natural talent for selecting hues and
putting together outfits in a way that gave him a real one-of-a-kind look.

Từ vựng:
 stood apart: khác biệt
 exchange program (n): chương trình trao đổi
 impression (n): ấn tượng
 vibrant and vivid: rực rỡ và sống động

What is the difference between online shopping and physical shopping?
Convenience is one of the most obvious differences between internet purchasing and
department store shopping. In order to buy in department shops or marketplaces,
people must invest a considerable amount of time in travel. In addition, conventional
shopping may be a viable choice for clients who reside in rural areas, lack access to
the internet, or do not own a car. Currently, internet shopping alleviates the limitations
of shopping. It is a blessing for all current customers who lack the time to visit local or
department shops. They may go on a shopping binge from any location and at any
time. Internet buying entails a simple order-and-wait approach. There is no need to
visit an actual shop. In addition, you may always add things to your virtual wish list for
future purchases. In addition, purchasers may be required to pay additional delivery
fees, although the convenience of shopping from home far outweighs the product’s
cost. This is one of the advantages of purchasing online.

What special clothes do people in your country wear on official or formal

occasions?
In most cases, there is not a rigid dress code, with the exception of a few special
occasions; yet, when it comes to formal wear, individuals do have certain concepts
that are tacitly agreed upon by one another. When it comes to men’s clothing, the most
common options are tuxedos, blazers, and suits. It is easy to see why, considering that
a suit that has been well made may help a guy feel more confident, give off an air of
strength, and serve as a sign of dignity and respect. After all, it is preferable to dress
excessively rather than inappropriately. On the other hand, women often dress up in
sophisticated dresses or gowns, which may draw attention to their feminine forms and
help them stand out. And the kinds of dresses, which may range from little black
dresses and cocktail dresses all the way up to spectacular gowns, might be very
different depending on the degree of formality of the occasion.

What are some disadvantages of buying things from online shops?

Buying clothing online is one area where I think purchasing online has drawbacks. The
sizing of clothing is not standardized internationally, and various styles from the same
manufacturer may have varying dimensions. Another possibility is that the product we
receive may differ very much from the photos we saw online. The delivery process
adds time to your order’s arrival (compared to just walking to the shop) and introduces
the possibility that it may be lost.

Do you think online shopping will replace shopping in real stores?

Maybe it’s just me, but I believe the two of them will be able to exist together in
harmony. Despite the fact that buying online might be quite convenient, I believe that
going to physical places can provide experiences that cannot be replicated online. One
of the benefits of this is that it gives buyers the opportunity to try on the items for
themselves before making a purchase, giving them a better idea of whether or not they
would keep them in their collection. When consumers shop online, however, they are
essentially basing their purchases on the opinions of people they have never met
before. Despite the fact that many online retailers now provide consumers with very
flexible policies regarding exchanges and refunds, the process of waiting and sending
packages back and forth can be very tedious. Even though I do the majority of my
shopping online, I still like window shopping in physical stores whenever I get the
opportunity to do so.

Part 2: Describe a Friend from Your Childhood.

You should say:
 Who he/she is
 Where and how you met each other
 What you often did together
And explain what made you like him/her.

Why should young children have friends from childhood?
Having childhood pals is an excellent approach for children to discover the world and
themselves. Children’s social, cognitive, linguistic, and emotional development is
considerably facilitated by their interactions during preschool and early school. In
addition, the benefits of having a friend as a child are identical to those of having a
friend as an adult. Developing good friendships may benefit a child’s sense of
belonging, security, and capacity to manage stress. According to child psychologists,
having friends as a youngster facilitates enjoyment and adaptation to new settings.

As
professionals and people, we establish relationships with others. Additionally, it is
feasible that these links may deepen with time. Depending on where we attend college
or work, we may have the chance to make some temporary friends. Regardless of
where you meet your lifelong closest friends, you will always have each other forever.

Also, would you
feel cared for if you have many friends but cannot form meaningful connections with
even a few? I believe that being surrounded by numerous people is enticing, yet it is
possible to feel lonely in a busy environment!

It may be compared to a mother wishing for her daughter to continue
the family tradition of having three children. On the other hand, a friend will always
express support for you if they are a good friend. In addition, friends are less
judgemental than family members. They have no preconceived assumptions about you
despite having lived with you for many years.

Describe a thing in your hometown which has improved life

You should say:
 What is that change?
 How does this change help your hometown improve life?
And do you like this change?

Bài mẫu Part 2:

In my opinion, the thing that has greatly improved the quality of life in my local area is
the introduction of a new bridge. It is called Binh Loi bridge which connects Binh Thanh
district, where I live, and Thu Duc district.

Although the two districts are adjacent to each other, they are separated by a big river,
thus making traveling quite difficult in the past. However, since the construction of the
new infrastructure, going to Thu Duc has been much easier. Now, it only takes me
10 minutes to go straight down the highway through the bridge in order to reach my
destination, while in the past, I had to use alternative roads which took more time.

Not only did the Binh Loi bridge improve the accessibility for residents in both areas,
Binh Thanh and Thu Duc, it also allowed businesses to thrive as more people could
shop and dine at a different place using the bridge. In addition, the new construction
also brought about positive resolution to the traffic jam problem as it gave commuters
a wider road to pass Ho Chi Minh’s river.

Therefore, I would say that life in Ho Chi Minh city, specifically in Binh Thanh district,
my neighborhood, had improved significantly thanks to the new bridge.

How easy is it to find a place to live in your country?
In my view, it is quite easy to find an accommodation in Ho Chi Minh city as it is a
broad place with various different areas separated by natural elements such as rivers,
canals, or farming fields. Therefore, residents can choose where to live depending on
their lifestyles. For example, those enjoying natural sceneries can choose Cu Chi, Nha
Be, or district 12 as they are still surrounded by salt-water forests or rice paddies.
Shopping enthusiasts can pick District 1, 3, and 7 to live in since there are plenty of
shopping malls for them to choose from. In addition, working families can choose
affordable but central neighborhoods such as Binh Thanh and Phu Nhuan to build their
homes because these residential areas are peaceful and safe while still having a
relatively close distance to the central business districts.

Do you think it’s better to rent or to buy a place to live in?

It depends on the financial situation of each person or family. In my opinion, if you
consider housing as an investment, then buying a house is much better as the prices
for accommodation do not depreciate through time like cars or clothes, they actually
inflate as time goes by, thus generating some profits for the buyers after a few years.
However, for young married couples, renting is still much more affordable as not
everyone has a huge amount of cash when they have just started settling down. It is
also relatively flexible to rent a house since it allows people to relocate easily.

Do you agree that there is a right age for young adults to stop living with their
parents?
I believe that young people should at least try to live independently at least once in
their lives after they turn 18. I moved out of my house when I was 18 to live in a foreign
country and it was a life-changing experience for me. If I had not moved out to start a
new life, I would not be the person I am today. The most important skill that I have
learned through independence is financial management. When I entered college, I had
to balance my tuition fees with other expenditures such as rent, utilities, and food. This
taught me a great lesson about saving money and prioritizing my own finances to buy
the most important things first such as warm clothes for the winter or rent instead of
purchasing fashion items uncontrollably.

 Who you received it from
 Where you received it
And how you felt about it

Bài mẫu Part 2:

Today I would like to talk about a time when I was lucky enough to receive a rare book
at the generosity of a stranger.

If I recall correctly, at that time, I was on the hunt for a particular novel titled “Nausea”
by a French writer called J.P.S. This book was long discontinued and had not been
republished as yet, making it a highly sought after collectible for bookworms and
bibliophiles alike. So getting my hands on that book was a kind of major
accomplishment for me.
I searched high and low in antiquarian bookstores for that one, but luck seemed to
evade me as I couldn’t uncover a single hint of the elusive title. Given the slow
progress I was making, finding the book seemed like trying to find a needle in a
haystack. I was starting to feel pessimistic about the search, just when I happened to
stumble upon one unassuming old bookstore back in my hometown.

Despite being warned upfront by the store owner that the book I was searching for was
nowhere to be found, I went on inside still and scoured the disorderly book stacks
that were coated in thick layers of dust. Another visitor was present at the point, and
after some time had passed, we struck up some friendly conversation. It was then that
I mentioned my elusive quest for the book “Nausea,” and to my utter amazement, he
revealed that he had not one, but two copies in his possession. As a fellow book lover,
he generously offered to send me one as a gesture of goodwill.

Although grateful, I felt rather uneasy accepting such a valuable gift from a stranger. I
did offer to repay him in one way or another, but he would determinedly hear none of
it, insisting that his act of kindness was simply a way to help a fellow bibliophile in
need. The book now serves as a constant reminder of my good fortune and the
kindness of strangers.

Từ vựng:
 generosity (n): sự rộng lượng, hào phóng

Bài mẫu Part 3:

At what age do children know money?
To make an educated guess, I’d say that children normally start to understand the
concept of money around the age of 7, typically by getting used to related concepts
such as prices, bills or coins. This is when they become aware of the usage of money
as a means to buy certain things like food or toys.
However, it might not be until they turn 16 or later that children learn the more
complicated nuances of money like inflation, taxes and so on.

Is it good or bad for children to keep money early?

I think there are positive motives behind giving children money at a young age, such
as teaching them to develop good financial habits and spend responsibly; however,
without the proper guidance from parents, children may fall into the habits of
overspending or they might start having a materialistic view towards life from early on.

Why do people prefer to use cash and not credit cards?

I cannot speak for all, but I think the main reason would be reliability due to the fact
that cash is universally adopted as a standard means of payment. On a daily basis,
people can mostly use cash when they want to pay for something, be it meals, coffee
or everyday goods. While credit cards are widely accepted in many parts of the world,
there are still some businesses, particularly small or local ones, that may only accept
cash, such as street vendors, for example. Additionally, some people may prefer cash
for smaller transactions, as it can be faster and easier than using a card.

Should cash be replaced with credit cards?

I don’t think that cash should ever be phased out, for all the benefits that credit cards
can offer. While credit cards are useful in many situations, there are still many
scenarios where cash is essential. For example, in emergency situations where
electronic payment systems may not be functioning, cash may be the only means of
payment available. Additionally, there are certain transactions that are better suited to
cash, such as those that require anonymity or where small amounts of money are
involved.

Describe a sports stadium that’s important in your city.

You should say:
 Where it is
 How often you go there
 What people do there
And explain why you think it is important

Bài mẫu Part 2:

My whole life has been spent in Hanoi, where I was both born and have been a
resident for the last twenty years. It is a lovely city and home to a great deal of
historical and cultural significance. This city is home to an impressive sports stadium,
which serves as the primary venue for various sporting events and other activities.
Because this is such a great subject, I want to talk to you about my experiences at this
stadium, which I have been to several times.

It is located in Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi. The stadium, which can hold around 41,000
people, is the focal point of Vietnam’s National Sports Complex. According to a recent
article on the Asian Football Confederation’s website, My Dinh National Stadium is one
of the top five stadiums in Southeast Asia. When the Vietnamese national football team
visits town, international friendlies are held at My Dinh Ground, their home stadium.
During the Southeast Asian Games in 2003, the stadium held events such as the
opening and closing ceremonies and athletic and football activities.
Not only may tournaments be placed here, but athletes can also regularly use the
facilities for practice, which is a significant bonus. Anyone may join up for a sports
event, and coaches are always accessible. It is also a popular area for children to sail
kites. Most youngsters will gather in front of the stadium on Friday evenings and
Saturday afternoons to fly their Kites. Indeed, this activity will bring you back to your
carefree childhood. Despite Hanoi’s bustling climate, you may unwind here. I go to
the “Kite-flying” team’s site with my buddies every evening after work, and on
weekends, when I have some free time, I swim and run.

It’s a great opportunity to exercise and socialize with my friends while encouraging
young people to live better lifestyles. The stadium is essential because it encourages
young people to participate in suitable activities while discouraging them from
participating in detrimental ones, such as drug use, which is all too common among
today’s youth.

Overall, the stadium upkeep in my city does an excellent job of maintaining everything
in good condition. I hope it continues so young people will be inspired to pursue sports,
raising Vietnam’s worldwide reputation and contributing to its rich cultural legacy.

Bài mẫu Part 3:

What are the benefits of sport?
Playing sports has numerous positive effects on your body, including weight loss,
muscular gain, and prevention of potentially fatal diseases. However, the mental health
advantage often goes unnoticed. When you exercise, your brain and body reward you
by releasing feel-good chemicals like endorphins and serotonin. This aids people in
unwinding, reducing stress, and developing a more positive outlook on life. Those with
trouble sleeping can benefit significantly from this since physical exertion uses energy
and improves brain circulation, resulting in a more restful night’s sleep. Moreover, if we
regularly engage in sports, especially team sports, or practice together, we will not feel
lonely.

Do young people tend to play fewer sports as they get older?

That’s correct, without a doubt! Most people don’t seem as interested in sports as they
used to be. The primary reasons for this tendency are a lack of time and access to
opportunities for active living. Most children have more time on their hands than the
average adult, allowing them to participate in as many recreational sports and other
activities as they choose with their friends. Workers, on the other hand, appear to have
less free time to play sports than young people since they are more likely to be
engaged in their families and activities at work that keep them occupied. The absence
of accessible, high-quality, and safe physical activity spaces is another contributor to
the inactivity of adult populations.
Do you think sports players are good role models?
Even though there is both positive and bad publicity about athletics, there are many
strong reasons for athletes to serve as role models. As a first step, it is reasonable to
look to prominent athletes as role models since so many of them exist. There is always
a need for successful individuals who can share their tales and inspire various
audiences since there are only a handful of hugely popular sports, each of which has
its own superstars, stars, and leaders. Because of this variety, practically everybody
can discover an athlete with whom they can identify and whose message will have a
special resonance with them. The finest role models frequently have tails that can be
applied to every element of life, not only athletic performance or accomplishment,
which makes it simple to connect to their experiences and lessons.

 Who you complained it to
 What you complained about

Bài mẫu Part 2:

Well, complaining can be daunting sometimes, but it’s necessary to resolve the
issues. I’m not a complainer, but recently I had a situation where I had to voice my
displeasure with a service I received. It all happened a couple of months ago when I
ordered some new books from a foreign bookstore. The delivery of the book took much
longer than the week that was anticipated.

When the delivery date for my books passed, I started to get impatient because I had
been eagerly waiting for the books to arrive. I contacted the business’s customer
service department after purchasing them. I was so frustrated that I went on
complaining about the delivery delay and asked for an update on the status of my
order. This is the first time I made such a complaint on a service, so I didn’t know
whether it was too bitter a complaint, I mean, there was anger in my voice at that time.

Surprisingly, the customer service officer was extremely helpful and apologized
profusely. He listened to my complaint and investigated the problem right away. He
discovered that the books had been delayed in transit due to unexpected weather
conditions. The customer service officer promised to deliver the books as soon as
possible and offered a small compensation for the inconvenience.

The new books were finally delivered within a couple of days. I was relieved to
discover that the books were in excellent condition. I was also pleased with the
compensation and the manner in which the customer service team handled my
complaint. They were prompt and professional, which made the entire experience
much more satisfying. I think next time when I order something, I should contact the
shops to check on the delivery schedule frequently.

Bài mẫu Part 3:

In Vietnam, what do people usually complain about?
People have thousands of reasons to complain in life. I think people normally complain
about everything, from their misfortune to their unhappy family or their tedious jobs.
However, the most common situation in which people express their dissatisfaction is
when they receive a poor quality product or service. It makes sense to me since
customers should receive what they have paid for.

Young people or old people, who often complain more? Why?

I think age is not really a matter here since everyone can complain about literally
everything in their lives. Young people, in my opinion, are more likely to whine about
their daily problems and they can easily get frustrated and impatient. When it comes
to problems with products and services, I believe adults are more likely to file a
complaint than children because they are more aware of their rights as customers and
more financially savvy.

What benefits does the company get from listening to customer complaints?
Businesses don’t need to be psychics to try to understand their customers, but at least
they have to listen to customer reviews and feedback. Customer reviews and
feedback, including negative ones, have the power to make or break a business. By
measuring customer satisfaction, businesses can determine whether they meet, fall
short of, or surpass customer expectations. Complaints from customers can help to
improve the products’ quality and their service so that customers’ loyalty and retention
will be maintained.

Describe the first day you went to school that you remember
You should say:
 When it happened
 Where the school is
 How you felt about the experience
And explain why you still remember the experience.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

The first day of school that I remember took place when I was six years old, in the fall
of 2003. I had just finished kindergarten and was starting first grade, which was a big
milestone for me.

The school I attended was located in a suburban area of my city, about a 20-minute
walk from my house. It was a public school with several buildings, a playground, a
garden, and a library. I had visited the school with my parents before, but being there
on my own felt different and exciting.

On the day of my first grade, I remember waking up early and feeling a mix of
emotions. I was nervous about the unknown, but also curious and eager to learn. I
put on my new school uniform, packed my backpack with my supplies, and had
breakfast with my family. My parents walked me to school, holding my hand and
reassuring me that everything would be fine.

When I arrived at the school, I saw many other children and their parents, some of
whom I recognized from kindergarten. We lined up in front of our classrooms and
waited for the teacher to come. I remember feeling small and insignificant, but also
proud of my new uniform and my shiny shoes.

Once the teacher arrived, she welcomed us and introduced herself. She asked us to
introduce ourselves, to tell her our names, our favorite colors, and what we liked to do.
I felt a bit shy at first, but then I started to listen to the other kids and to share my own
interests. I remember feeling a sense of belonging and camaraderie, as if we were all
in this together.

During the rest of the day, we did some basic math, learned how to write our names,
and played some games. I also had lunch in the school cafeteria for the first time,
which was both exciting and overwhelming. I remember feeling proud of myself for
managing to eat my sandwich and drink my milk without making a mess.

The first day of my first grade was a memorable experience that I still remember vividly.
It marked the beginning of a new phase of my life, one that involved more structure,
discipline, and socialization. It taught me the importance of adapting to new situations,
of being open-minded, and of relying on others for support. I am grateful for the
memories and the lessons that this day provided me with, and I cherish them to this
day.

Bài mẫu Part 3:

What would parents prepare for their kids when they first go to school?
Parents typically prepare a variety of things for their children when they first go to
school. These might include buying new clothes or a uniform, purchasing school
supplies such as pencils, notebooks, and backpacks, and packing a lunch or snack.
Moreover, parents may also help their children practice basic skills such as writing their
name, counting, and tying their shoes. Some parents might also prepare their children
sentimentally by talking about what to expect at school, encouraging them to make
friends, and reminding them that they are loved and supported. Overall, parents play
a crucial role in preparing their children for the new and exciting experience of starting
school.

How do children socialize with each other?

Children socialize with each other in a variety of ways, depending on their age,
personality, and context. In school, children might socialize by sharing toys, playing
games, doing group projects, or simply talking and laughing. They might also form
cliques or friendship groups based on shared interests or backgrounds. Outside of
school, children might socialize through sports teams, clubs, camps, or other activities
that allow them to interact with peers. Socializing with others helps children develop
important social and emotional skills such as empathy, communication, cooperation,
and conflict resolution. It also allows them to form lasting bonds and create memories
that they will cherish throughout their lives.

Is socialization important for children?

Yes, socialization is extremely important for children’s development and well-being.
Socialization refers to the process of learning social norms, values, and behaviors
through interactions with others. It helps children develop their sense of identity, self -
esteem, and belonging. Socialization also teaches children how to communicate,
empathize, and cooperate with others, which are crucial skills for success in school
and in life. Additionally, socialization helps children learn to manage emotions, resolve
conflicts, and cope with stress, which are important for mental health and resilience.
Without socialization, children might experience loneliness, isolation, or difficulty in
forming relationships, which could lead to various negative outcomes. Therefore, it is
important for parents, caregivers, and educators to facilitate and encourage
socialization among children.

Describe a time when you shared something with others.

You should say:
 What you shared
 Who you shared with
 Why you shared it
And explain how you felt about sharing it.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

Well, the ancient adage “sharing is caring” still remains true in our modern world. It
demonstrates our love, caring, and compassion for one another and contributes to the
formation and maintenance of strong alliances and relationships. It is an excellent
method for communicating our emotions and sentiments to one another.

I, too, like giving to those in need and strive to assist them in any manner possible.
Similarly, I used to stay at a homestay in Dalat around two months ago. During my
work trip, I rented a single room since I want a little solitude and peace and quiet.
However, I learned one day that the neighboring room was leaking through its roof,
making it impossible for anybody to remain there. My warden suggested that I share
my room with a gang of bikers for a few days, and I gladly accepted. They were
newcomers to the hostel and were unaccustomed with such circumstances.

In addition, they were both quite kind and bashful, but I broke the ice by having a
discussion with both of them to get to know them. Gradually, they all felt at ease and
began to open out about her. They reported an issue with one of the bicycles while
traveling around Vietnam. I informed them that I was aware of the problem and, as a
former motorcycle engineer, wanted to assist her. In addition, I feel that if you are in a
better situation and have what the other person needs, you should always provide
assistance if you can.

In the end, it was a fantastic experience and an opportunity to converse with them
since I learned how brilliant and daring they are. We conversed for hours. Additionally,
it was amazing to learn more about each individual’s unique story. This tiny act of
generosity gained me lifelong friendships with such a wonderful bunch that we
decided to share a room. Consequently, this occurrence has granted me lifelong
friendships and confidants.

Từ vựng:
 sentiments (adj): cảm xúc tình cảm
 solitude (adj): cô độc, cô đơn, một mình
 warden (n): quản giáo
 bikers (n): những người đi xe máy/motor
 bashful (adj): nhút nhát
 broke the ice: phá vỡ lớp băng- phá vỡ bầu không khí im lặng
 daring (adj): táo bạo
 lifelong friendship: tình bạn trọn đời

Bài mẫu Part 3:

What do teens not like to share with their parents?
One of the primary reasons why most adolescents are hesitant to discuss their
problems with their parents is that they don’t want to overburden or concern them in
the process. Even though it looks as if they aren’t paying attention, teenagers may
sometimes be quite perceptive and recognize when their parents have reached their
breaking point. Because they do not want to burden their parents with more
responsibilities, they bottle up their emotions or act them out in unhealthy ways.

How should their parents teach them about sharing?

For this reason, I think that being a good role model for one’s children to emulate is
one of the finest methods for parents to educate their children on how to share. For
these and other reasons, I think this is a great approach for parents to instruct their
kids in the art of sharing. Share with your kids and the rest of the family to show them
how it’s done and to encourage them to do the same. When you’re out and about
together, be sure to highlight any examples of kindness and generosity shown by
others. If your kids see more examples of sharing, they will develop a deeper grasp of
the concept.

What is the use of teaching children to share?

Sharing is an important life skill that can help kids make and keep friends, play well
with others, take turns, negotiate, and cope with sorrow. Sharing teaches children the
importance of cooperation and fair play. They learn that by giving up some of what
they want to assist others, they may get what they want for themselves. The need of
teaching your child to share grows when he or she starts having playdates with other
children or entering child care, preschool, or kindergarten.

Do people share private things online?

I think that when we’re feeling vulnerable, we want to share our emotions with the world
on the internet, and that sometimes we don’t stop to consider who we’re sharing them
with. This is quite individualistic. When it comes to some individuals, though, I
occasionally feel the need to spill the beans. Sometimes, I get the sense that
individuals are desperate to share their innermost thoughts and feelings with the world.
My impression is that everyone has something (good or terrible) to share with the
world, and that occasionally those who do so may come to regret it after the fact. I
agree that it’s not always a smart idea to share every little detail of your life online.
There may be eyes on you at all times. Some people may look up to us as role models;
if we do something dumb and share it online, it might lead to emotional discomfort or
even imitation from others.

You should say:
 Who he/she is

Bài mẫu Part 2:

One of my favorite film characters played by an actor whom I admire is Tony Stark,
portrayed by Robert Downey Jr. in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

I first saw the film “Iron Man” in 2008, which was the start of the MCU. Tony Stark was
a billionaire industrialist and genius inventor who designed a suit that gave him
superhuman abilities, allowing him to become the superhero Iron Man. In the film, Tony
was depicted as a complex character with a quick wit and a sarcastic sense of
humor, but also with a vulnerable side as he struggled with his own mortality and the
consequences of his actions.

What I admire most about Robert Downey Jr. is his ability to bring this character to life
on the screen. He perfectly captured Tony’s wit and charisma, but also showed his
vulnerable side in a way that made the character relatable and endearing. Downey’s
performance helped to define the tone and style of the entire MCU, and he has become
one of the most beloved actors in the franchise.

In addition to his talent as an actor, I also admire Robert Downey Jr. for his personal
journey and his ability to overcome his own struggles with addiction and legal troubles.
He has become a role model for many people, and his work in the MCU has brought
joy and entertainment to millions of fans around the world.

In short, Tony Stark played by Robert Downey Jr. is a character that I admire and enjoy
watching on the screen. Downey’s portrayal of this character is a testament to his
talent as an actor, and I will always be a fan of his work in the MCU.

What are the differences between actors/actresses who earn much and those
who earn little?
There are several factors that can differentiate between actors/actresses who earn a
lot and those who earn little. One significant factor is their level of experience and skill,
as more experienced and highly skilled actors/actresses tend to command higher
salaries. Another factor is the size and popularity of the productions they work on, as
big-budget films and popular TV shows often offer higher pay. Moreover, an
actor’s/actress’s negotiating skills, agent representation, and willingness to take on
more challenging roles may also affect their earning potential in the industry.

Why do children like special costumes?

Children are drawn to special costumes because they allow them to explore different
roles and identities, which can be exciting and engaging. Dressing up can also spark
imaginative play and creativity, enabling children to develop their storytelling skills and
engage in pretend play. Besides, special costumes can make children feel more
confident and empowered, providing a sense of control and agency over their
environment. Finally, costumes can be used to mark special occasions and events,
enhancing the fun and excitement of the occasion for children.

What can children learn from acting?

Acting can teach children a variety of skills that can be valuable both in their personal
and academic lives. Through acting, children can improve their creativity, imagination,
self-confidence, empathy, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
They can also learn about different cultures and historical periods, as well as develop
an appreciation for the performing arts. Furthermore, acting can provide children with
a safe and structured way to express their emotions and explore their identities.
Overall, acting can be a fun and enriching experience for children, helping them to
grow and develop in various ways.

Describe a movie you watched recently and would like to watch again
You should say:
 What type of movie it was?
 What it was about?
 Where you watched it?
And explain why you would like to watch it again.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

I’ve seen a lot of great movies and TV shows, but few have stuck with me as much as
the romantic comedy “How I Met Your Mother“. This movie has nine-season, about
22-episode film series follows Ted, a dedicated engineer who is also a little bit silly and
naive, as he searches for the love of his life. Each episode explores the hopes and
dreams of a diverse group of young New Yorkers via the lens of relationships, careers,
friendships, and the lovers who have influenced Barney’s life.

The pace of the episodes is usually slow and natural, reflecting actual life;
nevertheless, certain episodes may be abridged to advance the plot or provide
additional character development. Marrying each other after a whirlwind romance in
college, Marshall and Lily live happily ever after. Robin, a gorgeous, humorous
Canadian reporter who worships celibacy and is always strong in the face of such,
and Barney, a suit-wearing, wealthy (although no one understands what he does) man
who knows hundreds of methods to approach females, both appear in the film.

Many people find watching How I Met Your Mother to be a great way to unwind and
learn something new. The video does deal with some touchy subjects, but they are all
extremely current and pertinent to the problems that are affecting our society today.
The best aspect is that each episode teaches its viewers something useful while
simultaneously being entertaining.

Anyway, I originally watched this film with some friends in my college dorm room during
my final year of high school, so around 5 years ago. When I first saw this film, I had no
clue that it would become my all-time favorite and that every Summer I would spend
lots of time binge-watching it.

To put it more simply, I would want to see this movie again and again. It’s likely that
How I Met Your Mother is the only movie series that’s been made since Friends that
even comes close to matching the quality of that groundbreaking comedy feature. After
viewing, experiencing, and learning every word of the character over the course of nine
seasons, I can state with perfect certainty that I would certainly see this film again due
to how intelligently it is written, how humorous it is, how current it is, and how it
constantly surprises with lots of life lessons.

 romantic comedy: Hài kịch lãng mạn
 pace (n): nhịp
 naive (adj): ngây thơ

Bài mẫu Part 3:

What are the changes in your movie-watching habits?
Since I moved out of my mother’s house, my movie-watching routine has gone through
a significant decline, as I can attest from personal experience. When I was still living
at home with my mother, I made it a point to watch at least one movie every single
day. When I moved into my own home, I was still able to maintain a respectable viewing
habit of between five and seven films each week. After that, I began studying, and my
routines deteriorated even worse. Around the same time, I also began watching a great
deal more television programs. Then, my partner moved in with me, which led to a
worsening of the behaviors. Now that I’m married and have a child who is one year
old, it’s a miracle if I get to see a movie once a week.

How does age affect movie genres?

Both our interests and worldviews change as we get older, and this is reflected in the
movies we end up seeing. As we become older, we’re looking for entertainment options
that provide us with a place to share positive feelings and have meaningful
conversations with those who understand us. It’s not always encouraging that movies
with difficult, emotionally complex, or even unpleasant content are increasingly popular
among young people, or that they were with us when we were younger. The reason is,
generally speaking, we have a more broad-minded outlook while we are younger.

Is a movie with a lot of effects good?

The answer to this question is, in my view, unknowable. Depending on the talent of the
artist responsible for creating them and putting them into different types of movies and
plots, special effects may either elevate or detract from a film’s overall quality. When
used effectively, special effects may enhance a tale by enabling a skilled storyteller to
depict situations or events that would be impossible to depict without them. It’s
impossible to conceive of how the plot of ET: The Extra-Terrestrial could have been as
compelling without the visual effects that “sold” the presence of this monster from
another planet. But when they are poorly executed, special effects may be a crutch
that replaces a “genuine” tale with nothing more than visual cotton candy. Quite a few
recent summer blockbusters fit this description; in these films, the visuals serve as the
plot rather than supplement it.

Which movie should have more effects?

In my point of view, I think that both science fiction and fantasy films rely heavily on
special effects, such as mechanical effects and optical effects, to generate dazzling
visuals for fantastical or impossible situations or items. While computer-generated
imagery (CGI) and digital compositing have become increasingly commonplace in
recent years, special effects still play an important role because they provide a sense
of tangible “realism” to a fantastical setting that CGI often cannot match.

Should children watch a lot of movies?

As for the answer to your question, I believe it is dependent on the films you choose to
watch with your children. I believe it’s great if kids can see scientific movies and learn
about real-world applications of science. And if we expose kids to excessive amounts
of blood and gore in the form of horror films, they’ll be influenced in a number of
negative ways. Finally, it doesn’t matter what kind of movie it is; kids should spend less
time in front of the screen and more time engaging in other, more constructive pursuits
like exploring their communities, making new friends, and learning.

How can families control how young children watch movies?

Setting up content filtering on all of their devices like TV, laptop, and tablets is, in my
opinion, one of the finest ways for parents to manage how their children watch movies
and what they see. in a YouTube video for the sake of their children, content filters are
a must. This mode will enable parents to conceal films that contain undesirable
material or have been shared widely by simply accessing the device settings and
opening “Restricted Mode” on all platforms. Automatic and regularly updated, this
significantly lessens the possibility that youngsters may be exposed to inappropriate
video material during unsupervised internet time.

A person’s patience is certainly put to the test during a lengthy wait. Waiting gives one
the opportunity to work marvels. Also, there are occasions when we wish we hadn’t
acted so hastily. Impatient individuals do not like having to wait. Both investors and
creatives wait for the proper opportunity to strike it rich. By acting at the right moment
at the right place. Putting off a choice might help you choose the right one. This, like
the story I am about to tell you, is about a recent investment choice I made, which
might have several benefits.

Since I was a student, I’ve been studying the stock market, and I’ve picked up a lot of
knowledge along the way. The stock market has been attracting me lately, so I’ve
chosen to invest in some solid companies. A buddy of mine contacted me while I was
finishing up some scripts and encouraged me to hold off until there was some major
news to share. I listened to my friend’s advice and decided to wait since I know that
his advice always leads to significant development.
Since we are also investors, we have our fingers on the stock market’s pulse. Putting
off making a choice helped me out. Markets collapsed and interest rates dropped.
Although I have numerous second thoughts while waiting, I know that I need to go
with my gut and make a rational choice. Taking the time to think things out is always
worth it. Although it may be frustrating, being patient is often a necessary component
of success.

Từ vựng:

 stock market: thị trường chứng khoán
 investors (n): nhà đầu tư
 go with my gut: tin vào trực giác

Bài mẫu Part 3

What do people in your country often do while waiting?
Nowadays most people spend time scrolling through social media applications on their
phones while they are waiting for something. People like to be aware of the new trends
and they also find such applications to be entertaining.

Why do some people like a slow-paced life?

I think some people just like to take things slow because they have a more relaxed and
focused approach towards life. Unlike others they don’t want to be in a rat race of
earning more and more money, instead, they prefer to live in the moment and discover
life as it is.

Is being patient good for people? Why?

Yes, patience is a virtue that every person should have these days. Many times we
see people losing patience on simple matters and becoming angry which does not
bring good for anyone. Being patient helps people stay calm in difficult situations and
stay in control of their emotions, whereas impatient ones can easily lose emotional
control and get into arguments.

Are people less patient now than people in the past? Why?
Today’s generation is definitely less patient as compared to people in the old times.
With technological advancements, they have become accustomed to getting things
instantly. For example, people can now book flight tickets, order food, or transfer
money with just the click of a button. So, when they have to wait for something that
would take more time than usual, it makes them really impatient.

traditional streets, such as Gion, to admire the unique architecture and witness
geishas, who still perform in the city’s teahouses.

Moreover, I have always been fascinated by Japanese cuisine, and Kyoto is renowned
for its traditional food. We would like to try some local delicacies like Kaiseki, a multi-
course Japanese meal, and experience the exquisite taste of Japanese tea, which is
an integral part of the country’s culture.

I would like to visit Kyoto for a short period of time because I believe that it is enough
time to immerse myself in the city’s rich culture and traditions. As a full-time
professional, it is challenging to take extended leave from work, and a short trip would
provide me with an opportunity to unwind and appreciate the beauty of the city. What’s
more, it would be an excellent opportunity to spend some quality time with my spouse,
exploring a new culture and creating lasting memories.

In short, Kyoto is a city that has always fascinated me, and I would love to visit it for a
short period of time. Its rich cultural heritage, beautiful landscapes, and traditional
cuisine are some of the reasons why I have added this city to my travel bucket list.

Bài mẫu Part 3:
Do people prefer planned travel?
Yes, many people prefer planned travel because it allows them to have a precise
itinerary of what they will be doing and where they will be going. This can alleviate
travel stress and anxiety, especially in unfamiliar places. Additionally, planned travel
can help people save money as they can take advantage of pre-booked tickets,
accommodation, and transportation. However, some people also enjoy the spontaneity
of unplanned travel, which allows them to explore new places without a set schedule.

Why do places with historical attractions develop tourism more aggressively?

Places with historical attractions develop tourism more aggressively because they
have unique cultural and historical significance, which attracts tourists from all over the
world. Historical sites and monuments often hold great value and are considered
essential parts of a country’s heritage, which helps to draw more tourists. Furthermore,
tourism development in such areas can help generate revenue, which can be invested
in the preservation and maintenance of these attractions. Thus, places with historical
attractions are often viewed as a means of boosting the local economy.

Why do you think people usually travel?

People travel for various reasons, such as to explore new places, experience different
cultures, relax, escape from daily life, or to visit friends and family. Traveling provides
a break from the routine and allows people to create new memories and learn about
the world around them. Additionally, traveling can help broaden people’s perspectives,
challenge their beliefs, and expose them to new ways of thinking. In short, people travel
to enrich their lives and gain new experiences.

Why does living in tourist cities experience more noise?

Living in tourist cities can be noisy due to the large influx of tourists who bring increased
traffic, loud conversations, and other noise pollution. Additionally, businesses in tourist
cities often operate at later hours, causing further noise disturbances. Moreover,
developing infrastructure and facilities to cater to tourists can cause further noise
pollution. While tourism can bring significant economic benefits to cities, it also has the
downside of creating noise pollution, which can affect the quality of life of residents
living in these areas.

Bài mẫu Part 2:
We were in Japan at the time and decided to try a traditional Japanese meal at a local
restaurant that specialized in “kaiseki” cuisine. Kaiseki is a type of traditional
Japanese multi-course meal that’s served on special occasions.

We went to the restaurant in the evening, and as soon as we stepped inside, we were
greeted by a serene atmosphere with a minimalist decor that exuded elegance. The
staff was polite and attentive, and they escorted us to our private dining room.
The meal started with a small dish of appetizers that included some raw fish, tofu, and
pickled vegetables. It was followed by a hot pot with simmering broth, and the waiter
brought us different types of seafood, vegetables, and meat to cook in the pot.

The most unusual part of the meal was when the waiter brought out a tray of live baby
eels, still wriggling and squirming around. He placed them on the hot pot, and they
immediately started to cook and change color. I was hesitant to try them, but my
adventurous dad encouraged me to give them a go.

I was surprised at how tender and flavorful they were. They tasted slightly fishy but
had a unique, delicate flavor that was unlike anything I had tasted before.
Overall, it was an unusual and exciting meal that I’ll never forget. It was a cultural
experience that gave us a glimpse into traditional Japanese cuisine and helped us
appreciate the importance of fresh and seasonal ingredients in their culinary tradition.

foods?
People might choose to eat unusual or exotic foods for a variety of reasons. For some,
it may be a way to expand their culinary horizons and try new things. For others, it
could be a cultural experience, or they may simply be curious about the taste and
texture of a particular food.

Do you think it’s important to respect the cultural significance of unusual foods

Absolutely. It’s important to remember that many unusual foods have cultural and
historical significance, and we should approach them with respect and an open mind.
By doing so, we can gain a better understanding of other cultures and traditions, and
appreciate the diversity of our world.

What are some challenges that restaurants might face when serving unusual or
exotic foods?
One of the main challenges that restaurants might face when serving unusual or exotic
foods is finding a steady supply of ingredients. Some unusual foods may not be readily
available in certain regions, which can make it difficult for restaurants to consistently
offer these dishes on their menu. Additionally, some people may be hesitant to try new
and unusual foods, which could limit the demand for these dishes.

In your opinion, what are some benefits of trying unusual or exotic foods?

Bài mẫu Part 2:

Mr. Hùng, our next-door neighbor, is a beautiful human being. He is a fashionable
person, in my opinion. It’s safe to say that he’s in his forties, and he owns an events
company. He had just returned from marrying the lady he had been engaged to for
almost three years. Since he is a frequent guest at our house, I am already acquainted
with him.

He wore a white shirt and black suit for work, typical for professionals in his field. Just
in black, he has an extensive collection of shoes. He never wears anything too casual
for the office and instead sticks to his standard blue or red tie uniform. Even though he
dresses like the rest of the crew, his impeccable sense of style makes him stand out.
In his usual high-end threads, he makes a dazzling figure. At home, he likes to relax
in jeans and a T-shirt. However, all of his T-shirts are designed by his wife, an artist.

He has a great sense of style, in my opinion, since he is always up-to-date on the

latest trends. He has a keen sense of what’s in fashion and loves to shop. Always
dressed appropriately, he never fails to wow. He is well-liked because of his charisma,
good looks, awareness of current fashion trends, and pleasant manner. Since we’ve
had many conversations, I know he’s a bright guy. He told me that one of the things
that helps him remain motivated to work hard and concentrate on what he needs to do
is dressing in nice and practical clothes. Moreover, he believes that others judge us
based on our outward appearance, including our clothing choice.
He told me that he spends a lot of money on clothes even if some think it’s silly since
it makes him happy. He also shared that his purchasing habits have been called “silly”
by others. On the other hand, he warned that buying new clothing might become a
severe addiction, warning him to be wary of giving in to this temptation. But he still has
trouble saying no. The way he dresses, the designer labels he wears, and the course
he follows in fashion have all established him as a hip, modern person.

Từ vựng:
 in someone’s forties: ở tuổi 40
 Acquainted (v): làm quen, kết thân
 impeccable sense of style: phong cách hoàn hảo
 high-end (adj): cao cấp
 dazzling figure: nhân vật chói lọi
 up-to-date: Hiện đại, hợp thời thượng, hợp mốt
 a hip (n): người sành điệu

Bài mẫu Part 3:

Are you a person who likes to follow fashion?
Since I’m not one to follow the current fashions, probably not. I admire folks who try to
look and dress stylishly to attract attention and demonstrate their individuality, but I
don’t put myself in that category. To obtain acceptance from my peers, I don’t want to
dress like the popular kids or wear skin tight outfits. Therefore, I don’t bother trying to
stay up with the newest fashion trends. I’d instead develop my style than worry about
what other people may think or say, such as, “Hey, that attire isn’t cool/old-
fashioned/weird”. But I don’t want to lose my identity in trying to fit in with the crowd,
as tempting as that may be. Wearing an item that I like is far more crucial to me.

Where do people usually buy clothes?

Shopping malls are where I do most of my clothing shopping since they provide a wide
selection of brands, styles, sizes, and pricing points for their wares. Some people like
shopping for clothing online, but I don’t believe it’s a good idea for me since it’s often
difficult to locate things in my size while shopping online, in addition to being
demanding in general. Because I can try on the items before purchasing them, I like to
do my clothing shopping at malls or local vendors.

Do you think online shopping will replace in-store shopping in the future? Why?
Despite the rise of e-commerce, I believe there will always be a need for certain brick-
and-mortar stores to exist on the high street. While businesses like coffee shops and
booksellers will likely never go out of business because they provide a necessary
niche, the days of the traditional brick-and-mortar storefront are numbered for most
enterprises selling consumer goods. While consumers may reduce their trips to stores,
they will still frequent city centers for activities such as visiting the few surviving coffee
shops, strolling to and from work, using public transportation, etc. Therefore,
individuals will still shop on the spur of the moment, either to waste time or because
they notice something intriguing inside the store.

Are older people as fashionable as young people? Why?

I believe that older people generally have less interest in fashion and are more
concerned with finding clothing that flatters their figure and is comfortable to wear.
They would prefer it if you said, “you have an excellent appearance,” as opposed to,
“that is a great dress.” They often believe that the concept of “fashion” is nothing more
than an elaborate ruse to get people to purchase more things. The young are the ones
that follow fashion. The closets of older folks are often stuffed to capacity with the items
they like wearing. It appears that the concept these days is to dress goofily yet make
an effort to seem stylish, nevertheless. My imagination immediately conjures images
of people wearing backyard baseball hats, low-cut jeans that expose their
undergarments, and sunglasses on the back of their heads.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

Today I’m gonna tell you about a time when my dad gave me an Ipad, which was a
technological device that I desired to possess.

I still remember vividly that it was 2 years ago when I was a fresh graduate. At that
time, I was looking for a job as an educational curriculum developer. I applied to around
15 companies and I didn’t receive any replies from 14 companies. As you may know,
I felt stuck and depressed. I started doubting myself that I wasn’t competent enough
even though I put a lot of effort into preparing my résumé. I didn’t tell my parents
about that because I was afraid of disappointing them.

Luckily, I received the interview letter from the last company which was also the most
fast-moving and dynamic one. I also passed the interview with great impressions. I just
showed the recruiter how passionate and genuine I was. I told my dad and he took me
to an Apple store nearby and bought me an Ipad.

Even though that was indeed a material present, its sentimental value was more
important to me. What I mean is that it’s really convenient for my work and study so
that I could reach further in my career path and personal development. For example,
it’s easy for me to take notes and highlight key vocabularies when I was studying.
Besides, I can do tasks , join meetings or read books with thousands of pages on an
Ipad. No words can describe how happy I was when receiving such a gift. I would say
that I feel blessed and grateful for having my family members who are always beside
me when I have ups and downs.

Từ vựng
 material (adj): mang giá trị vật chất
 sentimental (adj): mang giá trị tinh thần
 ups and downs (n): những thăng trầm
 apply to (v): ứng tuyển vào công ty
 put a lot of effort into (v): đặt nhiều nỗ lực vào việc gì đó

Bài mẫu Part 3:

What is the relationship between shopping and the economy of your country?
Well, there’s no doubt that there’s a close connection between shopping and the
national economy. You know, when consumerism increases, there needs to be an
increase in production and manufacturing to meet the demand of customers. This has
a positive impact on the economy as more labor is needed in factories. This reduces
poverty and unemployment rates so people can make a living by themselves without
depending on financial support from the government. Moreover, shops and enterprises
can pay more taxes so that more money could be spent on providing learning facilities
for students or enhancing conditions of hospitals. This leads to a substantial and
thriving economy. By contrast, when people shop less, some businesses might shut
down as they don’t have enough profits and money flow to continue their operations.
This might lead to unemployment and people would suffer from contributing to the
economy.

What are the things young people like to buy?

I would say that it depends on their personality and purposes. When it comes to young
bookworms, they tend to purchase books, documentaries and learning materials to
expand their horizons. They understand that being knowledgeable will make them
competent to land good jobs with handsome salaries in the future. On the other hand,
some young people prefer splurging on luxuries and material items like clothes and
jewelry just to enhance their look or show off their wealth. So my answer is that it varies
from person to person.

How do your friends influence your shopping choice?

Honestly, what my friends wear or use somehow motivates me to make purchases on
that kind of stuff. For example, when I saw my friends putting on smart-casual clothes,
I wanted to buy the same design as I knew it would look good on me. Another instance
is when I saw my workmate using an Ipad to do tasks in a very smooth way, I decided
to buy one as I realized that it was really helpful for my work and study.

Is consumption important to a country?

Yes, I have to admit that consumption plays an important role in our economy. Let me
explain this, when people consume more, they will pay more taxes. This will help
increase governmental finance which can be used to invest in education, infrastructure
and facilities. These are things that help improve people’s living standards. I believe
that when people are treated well, they are more willing to make great contributions to
create a thriving and flourishing society. Besides, more workforce will be needed in
production to meet the demand of customers. This can eliminate poverty,
unemployment and crime rates.

Bài mẫu Part 2:

Meryl Streep is one of my favorite actors, and one of her most iconic performances
was in “The Devil Wears Prada.” When I first saw this movie a few years ago, her
portrayal of the fearsome fashion editor Miranda Priestly had me spellbound.

Streep played a successful and demanding editor in the movie Miranda. In the film,
Miranda was extraordinarily frigid and unapproachable. I was impressed by Streep’s
performance. Her portrayal was nuanced and delicate, making me easily relate her
character to real people I have met, such as a strict boss or a demanding customer.

I admire Maryl Streep as she could portray a problematic but delicate character like
Andy excellently. She brought tremendous depth to her performances and had the
talent to make even the most unlikeable character accessible. She had successfully
presented a nuanced portrait of a woman in “The Devil Wears Prada” who was
simultaneously determined and vulnerable. Streep is also renowned for her
commitment to her art and the effort she puts into each character she plays. She is a
true expert in her field, and I respect her dedication to perfection.

In my opinion, Streep’s portrayal of Miranda Priestly in “The Devil Wears Prada” is one
of her various extraordinary characters throughout her acting career. I greatly respect
and regard her because of her talent for developing complex and nuanced characters.

1. Is it interesting to be an actor/actress?
Acting may be intriguing and gratifying for those with enough passion and love for arts
since it offers a platform for self-expression to influence listeners’ thoughts or emotions.
In addition, being in an acting career also allows professionals to display their talent
and originality through their characters on the screen. However, it is crucial to
remember that an actor or actress’s life can be unpredictable as fame and success
only come to a few artists who might be the most talented or, in some cases, the
luckiest.
2. What can children learn from acting?
First, students learn to engage with others in a collaborative atmosphere and improve
social and communication skills. Second, when kids enhance their performance
abilities and receive peer encouragement, it can boost confidence and self-esteem.
Finally, acting can inspire kids to be imaginative and creative as they become
immersed in various personalities and situations.

3. Why do children like special costumes?

Children frequently love donning elaborate costumes when acting because it enables
them to inhabit the roles they perform thoroughly. They can physically change into
someone else by donning costumes, which can enhance and engage their experience.
Additionally, since they have a more comprehensive visual image of the character they
are portraying, distinctive attire can assist them in comprehending the role they are
playing.

4. What are the differences between actors/actresses who earn much and those
who earn little?
Despite many governments ‘ efforts to abolish poverty, there are several reasons why
income disparity still exists in our world nowadays. First, people with more experience
and training may be paid more. Secondly, an actor or actress’s pay may vary
depending on the kind of roles they are cast in. Thirdly, cast members in prominent
positions or well-known productions may earn more than those in supporting roles or
less notable performances. Last but not least, an actor or actress’s ability to negotiate
a higher salary depends on how in demand they are and how big of a fan base they
have.

Talk about your hometown.

Talk about your hometown.

You should say:
 Where is it?
 What is special about it?
 What should tourists do there?
And explain whether it is an ideal place to live in or not?

Bài mẫu Part 2:

I would like to introduce my hometown, Ho Chi Minh city.

Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon, is located in the southern part of Vietnam. It
is the largest city in the country and is home to over 8 million people. The city was
founded in the 17th century and served as the capital of South Vietnam during the
Vietnam War.

One thing that is special about Ho Chi Minh City is that it is a mixture of old and new.
On one hand, you can find ancient temples and markets that have been around for
centuries. On the other hand, there are modern skyscrapers and shopping centres
that have been built in recent years.

For tourists visiting Ho Chi Minh City, there is plenty to do. One popular attraction is
the Cu Chi Tunnels, which were used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War.
Visitors can crawl through the narrow tunnels and see what life was like for the soldiers
who lived there. Another must-see spot is the War Remnants Museum, which offers
insights into the impact of the war on the Vietnamese people.

As for whether Ho Chi Minh City is an ideal place to live, that really depends on what
you’re looking for. On the one hand, it is a vibrant and exciting city with a lot of energy
and activity. On the other hand, it can be quite crowded and hectic at times, and the
air quality is not always great. However, for those who are willing to put up with the
challenges, Ho Chi Minh City can be a wonderful place to call home.

Từ vựng:
 temple (n): đền thờ
 skyscraper (n): tòa nhà cao chọc trời
 tunnel (n): đường hầm

Bài mẫu Part 3:

1. How easy is it to find a place to live in your country?
I would say that it’s quite easy to find a place to live, especially in the larger cities like
Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. There are plenty of flats and houses available for rent or
purchase, and the cost of living is generally lower than in many other countries.
However, the quality of accommodation can vary widely, so it’s important to do your
research and find a good landlord or real estate agent. In some of the smaller towns
and rural areas, it may be a bit more challenging to find suitable places to live, but it’s
still quite manageable. All in all, I would say that finding a place to live in Vietnam is
relatively easy and straightforward.

2. Do you think it’s better to rent or to buy a place to live in?

It really depends on your individual circumstances and preferences. Renting can be a
good option if you’re not sure how long you’ll be staying in a particular location or if
you’re not yet ready to commit to a mortgage. It also gives you more flexibility to move
around and explore different neighborhoods or cities. On the other hand, buying a
place to live can be a good long-term investment, especially if you plan to stay in the
same location for several years or more. It can also give you more control over the
property and allow you to make changes and improvements as you see fit. Anyhow,
the decision to rent or buy should be based on your personal financial situation,
lifestyle, and long-term goals.

3. Do you agree that there is a right age for young adults to stop living with their
parents?
I can say that the age when young adults should stop living with their parents is highly
dependent on cultural norms, family traditions, and individual circumstances. In some
cultures, it is common for young adults to continue living with their parents until they
get married or start their own families, while in others, it is more typical for young adults
to move out and live independently as soon as they are financially able to do so.
Ultimately, the decision to move out should be based on the individual’s readiness and
ability to support themselves, as well as the dynamics of their relationship with their
parents.

Now I’m gonna tell you about watching movies, which is one of my go-to pastimes.
I’m really keen on romantic and thrilling genres which provoke strong feelings of
belonging, attachment, and excitement. I watch movies on a weekly basis with my
soulmate whose name is Kathy. We’ve known each other for ages since kindergarten,
so we’re like flesh and blood.

I often watch movies at home as it’s free of charge, and I can eat snacks of my choice
and enjoy my own space. I sometimes go to the movie theater because the sound and
visual effects are more authentic and appealing than watching movies at home. This
helps me have more memorable experiences.

One of my all-time favorites is ‘Picture Me’ which was produced by a prominent

Vietnamese director. The movie is about a girl breaking up with his boyfriend due to
infidelity and incompatibility. She was struggling to overcome the pain, and it took
her years to find her inner self again. She grew accustomed to a state of coziness in
mediocre relationships, so she accepted to cave and accommodate his boyfriend’s
preferences. This movie won the Academy Award, so I’m so proud of our Vietnamese
film industry.

In my opinion, watching movies is not only entertaining but also educational. It’s an
excellent way to learn English and understand how words are used in a natural way.
Besides that, imitating characters in movies also helps me improve my fluency and
intonation, which are essential for effective communication. Another benefit of
watching films is it helps me improve my critical thinking when I have to summarize
the movies and discuss the meaning behind the scenes with my friends.

Từ vựng:
 pastimes (n): sở thích
 like flesh and blood: như ruột thịt
 free of charge: miễn phí
 of my choice: tùy thích
 prominent (adj): nổi bật
 infidelity (n): không chung thủy
 incompatibility (n): không phù hợp
 mediocre (adj): tầm thường
 imitate (v): bắt chước
 critical thinking: tư duy phản biện

Bài mẫu Part 3:

Do people like to spend their leisure time out in your country?
Definitely. Spare time is an indispensable part of Vietnamese people’s life. You know,
life is not just surrounded by work because we’ll feel stressed out when we don’t spend
time on leisure activities. Therefore, Vietnamese people often hang out with their
friends on the weekends or go traveling. This helps them get into nature and explore
other aspects of life, such as cuisines, cultures, and people.

How do people spend their leisure time in your country?

I would say that people spend their spare time in several ways depending on their age.
For instance, when it comes to young people, they tend to surf the Internet in their free
time. This is because the content on social media platforms is appealing and
entertaining. As for adults or the elderly, they’d rather spend time with their family and
loved ones because they can have intimate conversations with their family members.
This can help them understand each other better and avoid potential conflicts due to
misunderstanding. Some of them are also fascinated by working out to strengthen their
health.

How does technology affect the way people spend their leisure time?
Well, it’s evident that technology has both positive and negative impacts on how we
spend our leisure activities. As for the perks, it has a wide range of kinds of
entertainment that are accessible. For example, people can listen to music, read news
to get updated, or scroll on the Internet anytime they want. Having said that, I have to
admit that the overuse of technology has deprived people of time spent on outdoor
activities. For instance, many children or adolescents would rather spend time chatting
with friends or surfing TikTok unconsciously than engage in conversations with their
parents. This makes them isolated from the community and prevents them from
comprehending themselves.

Do you think only old people have time for leisure?

I don’t think so. Everyone can have time for their pastimes and pursuits if they want to
do so. It’s clear that students and adults are occupied with their workload, assignments,
or family most of the time, but that does not mean they can’t have time to enjoy other
fun and relaxing activities. For example, they can just simply go shopping or go for a
walk in the early mornings or at weekends. No one is too busy to take part in such
trivial activities. On the other hand, I guess the reason why the elderly are supposed
to be the only group having pastimes is that as they’re retired, they’re carefree about
work. They can spend the rest of their life immersing themselves in their favorites.

Bài mẫu part 2:

My dream job is to become a teacher. It is a profession that I have always admired and
aspired to.

To begin with, a teacher’s job is to impart knowledge and help students develop their
intellectual and social skills. As a teacher, I would have the opportunity to educate
young minds and shape their future. This is a fulfilling and rewarding career as
teachers play a significant role in shaping the next generation.

Moreover, a teacher’s job is not only about teaching academic subjects but also about
providing guidance and support to students. Teachers act as role models and

Bài mẫu Part 3:

Which jobs would you say are most respected in your country?
I would say that all kinds of jobs get respect from Vietnamese people, ranging from
blue-collar jobs to white-collar ones. From my perspective, doctors are the most
respected people because they save others’ lives. They dedicated their entire lives to
cure patients’ disease and help them overcome their illnesses, depriving them of
precious time spent on recreational activities. In addition, teachers are also admirable
as they help increase the literacy rate of our nation, which creates a well-educated and
qualified workforce.

Some people say it’s better to work for yourself than to be employed by a
company. What’s your opinion?
Well, each has its own perks, so it depends on your preferences. When it comes to
self-employment, you can work flexible schedules without being supervised by your
boss. Another advantage is that you can earn endless sources of money as it’s not
restricted by minimum wage legislation. On the other hand, you can have long-term
career prospects when working in a company and receive performance-related pay
rises. Working in a company orients you to go on the right path and helps you expand
a qualified circle of workmates. Therefore, my answer is that it depends on how far you
want to go on your career path. As long as I feel comfortable and content with your
choice, it would suit you.

What changes in employment have there been in recent years in your country?
As far as I know, people have a tendency to switch from working at physical offices to
working from home. For example, Google allows their employees to work from home
as long as they efficiently complete the assigned tasks. I think it’s ideal for those who
have to travel far distances to their offices and reduce the dead time of being stuck in
traffic jams. Besides that, people have nudged towards going freelance. For instance,
many young people doing Youtube can stay in touch with various brands. They receive
a lucrative income from promoting such brands’ products. All they have to do is build
their reputation and reach their potential customers.

What are some of the important things a candidate should find out before
accepting a job?
There are several things that need to be taken into consideration before a person
decides to dedicate his time to a job. I would say the most important thing is the salary
needs to be worth your efforts. Otherwise, it would demotivate you to work at your
earnest. An example that can be seen is that a lot of candidates quit their job after a
short period because the amount of money they receive does not live up to their
expectations and reputations. Another thing is that that job should relate to your
expertise. It would be an excellent chance for you to apply what you’ve learned so far
into practice and expand your knowledge.
