留学生安全责任书

为了维护学校良好的学习秩序，保护留学生的人身安全，保证留学生能够顺利
完成学业，根据中国相关法律、法规及学校的有关规定，国际交流处特制定本
责任书。
一、遵守中国的法律、法规及学校的规章制度，尊重中国的社会公德和风
俗习惯。
二、必须按照青岛市公安局出入境管理局的有关规定办理居留许可及变更 、
延期手续。
三、在校外住宿的留学生必须到当地派出所办理住宿手续，到学校留学生
管理办公室登记，并注意治安、消防、人身与财产的安全。
四、宿舍内禁止使用电炉等大功率电器；不得使用明火器具；禁止存放易
燃、易爆和有毒物品，注意消防安全。
五、禁止损坏、拆卸、改装宿舍楼内设备和线路，爱护消防设施。
六、严禁利用宿舍从事违反法律和校规的活动。所住房间不得私自转让、
转租或留宿他人。
七、离开宿舍要锁好门、关好窗，不要轻易将房间钥匙交给他人，以免被
盗配。
八、妥善保管好个人财物，应将多余的现金存入银行，贵重物品不要随意
存放在教室、图书馆等公共场所。
九、换汇一定要去银行，不要在私人商店或个人处换汇。在非正式营业点
换汇是违法行为。
十、保持教学区、图书馆等学习场所的清净，不得大声喧哗、高声放音乐 、
电视等，以免影响周围人的学习与休息。在禁烟区请勿吸烟。
十一、乘坐出租车一定要选择正规出租车公司的出租车，不要打“黑车”。
十二、乘车或骑车外出旅游要注意安全，严禁骑车带人。
十三、驾驶机动车到学校上课的留学生，须到学校保卫处办理机动车通行
证。
十四、禁止购买、使用没有牌照的机动车。严禁无照驾驶机动车，严禁酒
后开车、飙车。
十五、不得在禁放区、校园、宿舍内燃放烟火爆竹。
十六、严禁到江、河、湖泊、水库等非正规游泳场所游泳和到自然条件险
恶的地方游玩。
十七、严禁赌博、酗酒、打架斗殴以及其它干扰学校教学、科研和生活秩
序的行为。
十八、严禁卖淫、嫖娼、吸毒、贩毒等违法犯罪活动。

 Obligations for International Students’ Safety

at Qingdao University of Technology

In order to maintain a good studyingenvironment at QUT, prevent various kinds of

accidents, protect international students’ safety, and ensure that the international students
can finish their courses successfully;we draw up the following obligations in accordance with
Chinese laws, rules and the university’s regulations.
1. Observe Chinese laws, rules and QUT’s regulations; respect Chinese courtesy,
manners and customs.
2. Apply, change and extend the Residence Permit in accordance with regulations
issued by the Administrative Department of the Entry and Exit of Aliens, Qingdao
Public Security Bureau.
3. International students who live out of QUT’s apartment must register at both local
police station and International Students Affairs Office and be responsible for his/her
safety.
4. High-power electric appliance, such as electric stove is not allowed to be used in the
dormitory, so does the fire. The flammable, explosive and the virulent substances
are prohibited in the dormitory and attention should be paid to the fire prevention.
5. It is forbidden to damage, reassemble or change the dormitory’s equipments and the
protection of the fire facilities is your responsibility.
6. Any activities against the laws and QUT’s regulations are prohibited. Subleasing and
transferring of the dormitory are forbidden. Visitors are not permitted to stay
overnight in the dormitory.
7. Lock the room and close the windows before you leave the room. Do not give your
keys to others.
8. Take care of your belongings and deposit your cash in the bank. Valuables are not
kept at will in public places such as classrooms and the library.
9. It is safe to change the foreign currency in the bank and dangerous in the private
stores or individual places. And it is illegal to change the foreign currency in the non-
official places.
10. Be quiet and keep clean in the library and teaching areas. Noises and loud music that
may disturb others are not allowed. No smoking in the classroom.
11. Take care of yourself when driving vehicles.
12. If you drive your motor vehicle to the campus, remember to have a pass certificate
from the QUT’s Security Office. Motorbike is not allowed to enter the campus.
13. No buying or driving motor without a license plate.No driving without a driving
license or after drinking alcohol. No speeding.
14. No fireworks in the dormitory, on campus and in districts.
15. No swimming in the insecure places such as rivers, lakes and reservoirs. Do not go to
the dangerous places.
16. No gambling, overdrinking and fight, which will disturb the teaching, academic
 research and campus life.
17. No prostitution, taking drugs and trafficking in drugs.
